The way this team is constructed its all falling into place, we have a upper tier PG, the best sixth man, 2 HOFers, Bosh and most likely Marcus Camby...where is the weakness?

Center - Camby/Anthony (If no S&T)/Pittman
Power Forward- Bosh/ FA signing (Brand??)
Small - Lebron/Battier/Miller/James Jones?
Shooting Guard - Wade/ RAY ALLEN/Cole
Point Guard - Chalmers/Cole/Free Agent Signing

You might think im shooting for the moon here, but that's the point! All records are made to be broken and I think the Bulls stand a great chance of losing that mark this year. LeBron hasn't peaked yet, Bosh is hitting his prime, Ray Allen is the greatest pure shooter of all time, and Wade is amazing. Don't forget about Rio who is making a Rondo like ascent on this title team. Ray will hate playing with him but will love the reward.

We don't have Camby, we are not getting Brand, and this team treats the regular season like the preseason - a tune up for the playoffs. So 73 wins is not the goal, no.

Well thats why Brand was put with ???, But still with Ray...if everything breaks right, why not?

This team is not deep enough to win 73. Plus the league is a lot more competitive than when the Bulls did it.

I'll be happy if we can get into the playoffs with everyone rested and ready to go. Regular season champs means nothing. Ask the Bulls.

I don't know why they don't have some sort of restriction on starting threads until you've hit a certain benchmark (either days registered to the site or posts made, preferably both).

Depth my friend. Besides like others said (if you haven`t been watching Heat ball) we do not go all out for the regular season. A 37 year old RayRay and a 38 year old Camby is not going to make us play hard every game in the regular season. Do not get me wrong Ray and Camby are tremendous for us, but its in the playoffs they will cash in their checks.

With that said I expect a stellar regular season, and chip nr 3!

No, the regular season doesn't mean anything during this era. No one cares about division titles, etc, its all about championships. therefore, only the playoffs will require 100% effort every night from a team like us. I want to do like Pop did the Spurs this season, rest rest rest for everyone. Come into the playoffs fresh as hell. keep the stars healthy and fresh. We need Camby and Rashard Lewis also, and this could really happen. Keep minutes low for everyone..
