OK Spo I got it, "position-less" lineup issues.

OK Spo I do understand what you are trying to do.. I know that Ray and rashard need heavy minutes so they can get incorporated to our system and be ready for the playoffs, but we need to go back to our identity which is defense, I don't really care much about scoring 110 points per game and letting the oponent score over 100 too. Last year we had the same issue with our lineups, Spo is not good at that, he is horrible when it comes to lineups. We are getting killed from the outside(3pts) and the offensive rebounds, giving up too many second opportunities, this small lineup will not handle 82 games, Guards have to be all over helping Bosh and Lebron on the post and leaving the outside shooters wide open, by the third quarter they look exhausted and done, of course am talking about when facing good teams.
My Solution is simple, we need to have different lineups for different teams.
Small Lineup starting Five:
Chalmers
Wade (SMH)
Lebron
Battier
Bosh
Subs Bench
Cole (please slow down-- Relax)
Ray (No Defense.)
Miller
Lewis
Haslem
This lineup is very small but it works fine against smaller team, and maybe in the playoffs like last year.
Big Men lineup
Wade
Miller (good rebounder)
Lebron
Battier
Bosh (playing well against others centers)
Bench Subs
Chalmers (Cole)
Ray
Lewis
UD
Joel (josh)
I think Spo should start giving some minutes 4-6 minutes to Joel and Josh, throw them in there to defend the middle, use those big bodies. We also have the assets to get a decent man, you can always trade Miller, UD, JJ, even Joel and get a decent big and young center, or drop Pittman and get K-mart which I don't understand why it hasn't happen.
I know our defense will be back to normal but with such small lineup it's almost impossible to survive and win against elite teams. Spo it's not stupid he knows what's going on, but he just want to prove his theory of "position-less" lineup, which worked on the finals but does not necessarily means it will work against every team. Players need to understand that they have a big X on their back, every team marked the heat on their calendar and will play us hard and exploit our weakness, not a single team fears the heat and beating the heat is an accomplishment.
