Upcoming Schedule

I took the liberty to post the schedule of the 14 upcoming Heat games: 12 games at home and 2 games at the road. I think we should be able to win at least 12 games because we play a lot at home and should get in a rhytm. Also on the road at Washington and Dallas are very winnable games to say the least :D
And of course don t forget revenge time against the Knicks on the 6th December when we will blow them off our home court

What do you guys think?

I think the game in DC is when they meet the President for winning the title. :)

Last 2-3 games.. NY has come back to earth as far as their 3pt shooting is concerned.. Was bound too.. SAS is going to be tough.. OKC somehow doesn't scare me or the Heat in general.. and now without Harden to facilitate.. Meh..
but you're right that they'll probably go 11-3 or 12-2..

11-3.

Those of you seriously expecting 14-0 are being unrealistic with this team. Not sure how long it will take some of you to realize that this team just doesn't take the regular season seriously.

Honestly I just want to beat New York. :-?

No excuse not to go at least 12-2

Agreed but I'm pretty prepared to be disappointed.

You can always tell which games this Heat team genuinely care about. NY and SA are without question two of them, but that isn't to say we're without question winning those games. I just think it's great to see this team get a break after the grueling road trip. 14-0 would be awesome, but I think 10-4 is more likely and acceptable. Beating the Knicks needs to be a requirement though in my opinion, especially after how badly they embarassed us earlier in the year

FYI: This is my very first post on the Heat board. You all seem to be a very cool group of guys, though I think you need to take it easy on the "trade Wade stuff". Lol.

I just want a couple of major blow outs so that LeBron and Bosh can get some rest. Hopefully Chalmers and Cole also get out of their awful slump lately.

What will satisfy me: 11-3
What I think will happen: 10-4
What I wish to happen (obviously other than 14-0): 13-1

I think we will be motivated against OKC since we play a finals rematch in front of the home crowd
As for Dallas I think the Heat will lose some supposedly easy games because of coasting

The whole "this team doesn't take the regular season seriously and turns into a juggernaut in the playoffs" is overblown.

We play pretty similarly all year if you account for shooting swings in small sample sizes. We only blew OKC out because our shooting got hot, other than that it was close games and we were down 3-2 to Boston (of course Bosh was hurt but Wade has been hurt this year)

I do agree with you that the chances of us going 14-0 are really low.

Really glad now that we got a good stretch of games at the AAA.Hopefully we can get at least 11 or 12 wins out of these next 14.NY,SA,and OKC and maybe BRK will be the only teams that are gonna give us a run for our money and be compteitive (also DAL).Let's get it done.
