vs.
WHERE:
Yup, we're still at home:
After a couple of mediocre opponents and a few longer breaks in between games, we're back at it against of the best in the league, the San Antonio Spurs. Having secured their 8th road win in a row against Orlando last night, the Spurs are one of the hottest teams in the NBA and have been very successful on their usual long road trip. While San Antonio will be without Stephen Jackson and their talented 2nd year player Kawhi Leonard, Shane Battier will be out for the Heat. His replacement is not known yet, but chances are Udonis Haslem will take his spot. While the Spurs have a nice win-streak going on the road, the Heat have started a perfect 6-0 at home, the best record in franchise history to open at home. That record is at stake with Duncan, Parker and Ginobili coming to town. A combination of strong point guard play, very good outside shooting and a couple of big bodies down low will be a test to the Heat, who've lately struggled with all those aspects defensively. To make sure that our home and my winning streak won't end, those idiots below will show some pride and energy tonight and lead us to victory.
Just for old times' sake:
Oh and: LET'S.NOT.SUCK.

Interested to see how the Heat play tonight. I'd like to think they'd want to avoid getting blown out on national TV but that didn't seem to bother them when we played at OKC in the regular season last year. Effort is all I ask.

I expect Spurs to take a lead early by 10 going to 2nd half than Heat playing some intense defense locking down Tony.
110-102 Heat

This.
Will be intersting to see who gets Battier's minutes, im hoping to see Jorts and Lewis out there even though i know Spo will over-use Haslem.
We've been playing really lazy lately, we'll need to play harder tonight to get the W.

Perhaps Heat should rest one of Bosh, Wade and Bron?
Maybe rest Bron and Bosh.

Confirmed!
Tom Haberstroh @tomhaberstroh
Wow: Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Danny Green OUT for Spurs-Heat tonight, per @JMcDonald_SAEN.
Damn, I was looking forward to watching the Spurs seemingly ageless big three take on our own, they're always fun to watch.
I guess they're preserving their energy for the Memphis game on Saturday.
A big FU to Stern and the schedule makers, from Pop.

We dont need to rest anyone, we didnt play since forever.
We do need a blowout, and to use this chance and get Lewis, Jorts, Dex, and Cole big minutes.
No mercy.

Eh, this is the regular season Heat, they'll play lackadaisical defense for 46 minutes, then turn it up on the last two minutes and win by 1.
