I dont care about the win, that game was disgusting.
1. Stop playing UD. enough is enough. he has nothing left, until he get his jumpshot back to prime condition he should'nt even sniff the court.
2. GET A BIG REBOUNDER ASAP. trade for it, use the philly pick, whatever it takes. we need a big that can defend, get easy bukets, and rebound.
3. If Cole doesn't step us soon, Get Temple back and play him instead. Cole looks like a bust. playing next to the big 3, no way a player should look this bad. horrible stats.
4. HOLD WADE ACCOUNTABLE. enough is enough. i dont even care about the offense, but if he keep coasting with the amazingly lazy defense he needs to sit. if he saves energy, then play him less minutes but make sure he give 100% effort when he plays.
More to come later.

Agree with the first one. I would like to see more Joel and Jorts. It's funny but somebody predicted that we would see more UD with Shane being out.

Norris Cole has the lowest PER in the league among players who get his minutes.
http://espn.go.com/nba/player/_/id/6431/norris-cole Needless to say, he's beyond awful. We should have kept Temple.
The problem with UD is that we don't have any other bigs that can effectively replace him since Spo hates Jorts for whatever reason. But I agree it's time to stick a fork in UD... The dude is beyond finished. I love everything that he has stood for and done for this Heat organization but if we truly want to be up there with the Lakers/Celtics in terms of all time great organizations then we need to value winning over loyalty.
My patience is running thin with Wade so far this season. I'll give him another 10 games or so but if he still keeps under-performing (ESPECIALLY ON THE DEFENSIVE END) it might be time to give him a 6th man role until he starts giving a **** again.

I loved the Ray signing but it came at a price...We didn't get Camby or another big. Hopefully we can trade Mike Miller, James Jones, Joel , Philly pick for a BIG. We need one very badly. I feel bad for Bosh and LeBron at this time. Chalmers and Wade are playing terrible.

Make wade a sixth man. He can just come off the bench and be like a Jamal Crawford. This could help out his game on offense. He is looking lazy/out of shape on D. Allen could spread the floor with Lebrno and bosh.
Agree with the list.

we are doing ok, no need to overreact.
We are taking it easy now, but will turn it come playoffs.
The strong thing bout us this year, is playing bad and winning games. Not many teams that can do that..

Wer'e playing bad against crap teams.
Cavs without their best players? the end of the Spurs bench? both at home? really?
We dont need to make huge moves, but we really need to make a few minor ones.
i can add another one : with Rio's lame defene he can't seem to stop anyone from geting in the paint, Ill look at every vetren guard that can stay infront of his man and hit the 3 in a decent clip. Ill give a Temple a shot too.

Give Jorts UD's playing time. We have time to experiment. See what he can do.
Cut Dex, sign K-Mart.

This to me is the most practical solution at the moment. No way can K-Mart be less effective than UD is right now. Same thing with Jorts. Give him a chance!

This is an overreaction.
Cole was a late 1st rounder, and has actually contributed positive minutes in meaningful games. Temple has not looked better, and that was in meaningless preseason games. 77 career games isn't even a full regular season of play yet. Give him a chance. His jumpshot is already drastically improved, and his playmaking has improved as well. PEACE.

This team has a litany of issues, and a lot of it comes down to sheer effort, especially with Wade. Like I've been saying, that small ball stuff needs to go, they're just hemorrhaging points out there. And Norris Cole..he's just garbage. And since Chalmers doesn't know how to not stay out of foul trouble, all he leads to is headache after headache, terrible shot after terrible shot.

This mentality breeds laziness and complacency if you play like that the entire season. If Miami's really just "cruising," they're setting themselves up for a second-round embarrassment like the 2011 Lakers.

Definitely need a legitimate Center, who can rebound, and score with his back to the basket in the half court offense.Because when Miami can't run, they're going to need some type of production in the paint.Contrary to popular belief, teams can,and will adjust to the "Small-Ball" gimmick.
As for Wade,I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. His athleticism is certainly on the decline, and he needs to accept that fact.My wish is for him to play a more cerebral game.As Barkley alluded to in the telecast,Wade needs to become like Jordan, when he started to lose his explosiveness.
When Jordan started to post up,he actually became more dominant, than he ever was before.By June,I'd expect Wade to have adjusted quite nicely,to playing "below the rim."

Who in the east is beating us in the damn second round? The nets lol.
We have by far the best player in the game in his prime. No one is stopping lebron this year.

again, I am not excusing things. But the team needs break...and overreaction should stop.
We won title last year, made finals 2 years ago. Guys like lebron, wade are eyeing playoffs. We will be there again, and our main aim is to prepare ourselves to that moment.Much like last 2 years, I doubt we will top standings in nba..
so live with it.
Regular season should be used to test things, develops new things...
