vs.
WHERE:
We're still in the 305:
It is the second of three matchups for us against the Brooklyn Nets, a team we were able to defeat 103-73 in our first meeting on Nov. 7 at American Airlines Arena. The Nets, however, have been a different team since, going 10-2 overall while currently riding a 5-game winning streak. For Brooklyn, it's be the defense that has improved tremendously and has helped them to defeat quality opponents such as the New York Knicks, the Boston Celtics and the LA Clippers. While Gerald Wallace was out in the first meeting between the two teams, center Brook Lopez and rookie Tornike Shengelia are out for Brooklyn tonight. For the Heat, Shane Battier will miss his second game in a row with a knee injury. Even without Lopez, tonight will prove to be a tough test against a much improved Nets team. After a couple of mediocre outings, it's time for this squad to redeem itself and keep their home and my winning streak alive. Let's hope those idiots below will be ready!
Just for old times' sake:
Oh and: LET'S.NOT.SUCK.

Jorts? Yall are very interested in seeing that fat white guy shoot 1 three pointer?
I was hoping Lopez plays, because i want to see us play a good big team and how we would match up. No Duncan and now no Lopez.

Yes, more interested in seeing Jorts then seeing UD gets abused on both sides of the floor.

I predict a win tonight, we usually play better when playing against a good team.

Yeah, Wallace was out that time though, which is what I wrote in my short preview.

Eh, the results so far haven't really shown that (Griz, Knicks, Clips) but that doesn't really mean anything. We could beat any of those teams if we just play defense the way we can.

My bad, kinda skimmed over the pics (A.D.D., apparently) and saw someone else's post about wanting to see how we did against both of their bigs. Anyway, I think we'll be fine. These regular season matchups are nothing more than a dress rehearsal for this team. All that matters is that we go out, play well, and nobody gets injured.

While Heat fans complain about every player on our team and champion Josh Harrellson as our savior.

I'd like to see some intensity from the start, but with this team I won't be expecting it.
