Dang, he actually made 4 in a row. Can't say I'm suprised especially with his improved jumpshooting this year.

He actually made 5 in a row and the last one looked like it was going to be good too :o

It seems like a harder shot than it actually is. It was one of my horse shots (obviously could not make that many in a row)

Its a normal shot which forces you to put an arc on the shot (one of my issues when shooting without a defender)

You completely missed the intent of my post.

If you believe that my intention was to downplay the ability of Lebron please read a large majority of my posts in the player comparison forum.

Additionally I said "I obviously could not make that many in a row" which is the actual impressive part of the display and mentioned a specific deficiency that I have.

Yep sounds just like Kobe.

Its a remarkable shot, he probably could only do that on that side because his shooting hand it on the same side as the basket

It never ceases to amaze me how many extremely capable ballers, talent evaluators, coaches and GM's are around here. Someone should really let NBA teams know so these people get paid the money they rightfully deserve.

I'd get paid much less as a "talent evaluator" for the Heat so no thank you and I am not nearly hardworking enough to work my way up like Spo.

As for the baller part, shooting a shot with no defense on you and being able to make it occasionally has very little to do with how good you are at basketball.

Of the people saying its a makeable shot, no one is saying they could make it as consistently as Lebron which is where the actual impressiveness comes in.

It is an easier shot than it looks because an NBA player doesn't use the backboard on a 3 anyway and they put a higher arc on the ball than an amateur player. Same reason why the corner three and baseline shots are easier than people who aren't shooters think.

Again the impressiveness is that he can do it over and over again.
