oh my.
EDIT: In their defense it is a weekly ladder, so with LeBron sitting and chillin all week I can see why Melo would be up there with the week he had. They go on to say
There's no debating where he stands this week in the Kia Race to the MVP Ladder -- which I will remind you is "a weekly look at our favorite to walk away with the Maurice Podoloff Trophy (aka the NBA MVP award)."
and then
James still leads the field for the season, but he's been resting since the Heat's 27-game win streak came to an end in Chicago last week. And that left the door open, even if it's just temporarily, for Anthony and Durant to move ahead of him in the weekly rankings.
LeBron is the MVP only homers doubt that.

No no no no no....it goes by weeks. So this past week Melo has played like the MVP. They still have LBJ number 1 and they even say "Could melo have been at the top all season?"

Think Lebron & co will play the last 4/5 games of the season while Bosh & maybe Battier gets a rest.

Y'know, I had this weird dream today. The Heat were celebrating another Finals victory. My vision had Shane Battier being interviewed with a black championship hat white shirt. Then I saw clips rolling on my mind against the Mavs.

Let them rest the rest of the season. No need for any fluke injuries.

Miller gonna drop 40 leggo
nba.com, their ladder MVP... ahahaahahahaha
what a joke
if it is by week then okay, but overall LeBron had that thing locked during the win streak. A good week of play doesn't constitute being MVP. Same thing happened with Kobe during that one streak he had... these people lol.

I feel you Dream, but How would you feel if Lebron came back and tweaked an mcl or acl? for what? A meaningless win in April?
Nah. Let them rest fully so they can bum rush teams in the playoffs.
Maybe its just me but I enjoy watching the bench play these games. Makes you appreciate everyone on the roster.

Man what happened to Gallinari was crazy. I definitely do not want to see this happen to any of our players. When Ray went down against the Knicks in the 4th I was scared. Glad he's sitting out tonight. And I'm enjoying the role players step up big time. ESPECIALLY Mike Miller. He's more than just a great shooter & good rebounder, he's also a great play maker too. I can't forget about his defense on Jr Smith, man Mike played great D on him foreal. We've got so many weapons on this team that I don't see why we don't Repeat this year...
I also put this a sad face because I didn't see you on here in the post game for that Knicks & Heat game this past Tuesday

I definitely learned a lot that night

Melo never in his life time will ever get a MVP.

True, but you have to admit going into the playoffs rusty after a long layoff isn't a good thing. You need to go into the playoff in a good rhythm.

Hopefully this doesn't turn into a nail-biter and we end up sealing the deal by the end of the 3rd quarter.
