The problem of this team is that it's asking LeBron to do too much when that shouldn't be the case. Wade had a USG% of 28.1, a team high, and attempted 16 shots, no free throws and delivered 14 points and 4 assists, which results in a poor (for his standards) offensive rating of 81. Even Bosh, who was nowhere to be found, posted an ORtg of 88 with a USG% of just 88. That tells me Wade needs to be more aggressive. He's that second "trigger" guy, as Spo likes to say, next to LeBron on our team. That means, when he has to ball, he shouldn't just hold on to it and then swing it to the next guy, but instead attack the defense and force them to rotate, opening up room for everybody else. Even in his 1/12 performance against Milwaukee he was able to do so and helped us a lot with it. That's what makes a star player a star. Last night, he didn't play like one, at least not all the time when he was on the court.
Shane managed to be even less productive with an ORtg of 77 and a USG% of 22.5, even though he just played 17:17 minutes. LeBron in particular kept force-feeding him when, and that's where I agree with you, he should've looked to score himself instead or tried other options.
