For me it all comes down to Chris Bosh. People have been talking about putting LeBron on Robinson, but the issue is that when Robinson gets to the lane, Bosh can't come over to help because he has to stay glued to Noah.
Interesting stat from the regular season:
When Bosh on court with Noah: 0 blocks
When Bosh on court without Noah: 10 blocks
The rotations go to crap when Bosh has to stay on Noah. The answer is the same as the 2011-12 series against the Pacers. They need to get Noah into foul trouble the same way they got Hibbert in trouble.
Thoughts?

Bosh needs to stop thinking he's a 6'11'' Ray Allen and start attacking the paint more. He's at his best when he's making jump shots while also mixing in some drives to the basket.
He used to be very effective attacking the paint off the dribble so IDK why the Heat have gone away from that.

Aside from the biggest key, which is more effort.
Bosh needs to play like he is a top 5 PF.
Bron needs to make deiconis sooner, cant pound the rock for 15 seconds only to have 6 seconds on the clock to make a play.
Wade needs to play better D, not help off his man as much and take better shots(high % shots)
Rio needs to actually do something out there and not be complelety worthless
Cole needs to not commit dumb fouls
UD needs more minutes, especially if he is rebounding, boxing out and scoring
Battier and ray need to make open shots, period.
Birmdan needs to do something too, he was just as worthless as rio in game 1.
Lets go heat!

At first he had foul trouble. But the way he was playing, how can you argue benching him? lol

You gotta love fans who make it all about one player. Wade, Bosh, our shooters, everybody needs to step up.

Wholeheartedly agree with this. Despite everyone playing like total **** for chunks of the game, we still had a lead in the 4th quarter and that's with a TON of missed open looks. Everyone needs to raise their games, because this is the first time this team has faced any real playoff pressure this year. This game will tell me a lot about this teams' mental toughness.

i wish we at times would use Bosh similar to the way Memphis uses Marc Gasol.
I understand we need the paint open for wade and Bron but i hope at least next year they let Bosh post up and go to work also. Using him like a shooting guard is a waste

The OP asked who's the one person who needs to step it up for Game 2.
Of course mostly everyone could step it up but Bosh was definitely the most lacking.

And I disagree that it's just one player. A lot of guys didn't do their jobs and we need some of them to step up, not Bosh in particular.

Bosh has been lacking consistently for a month now......to the point where I've kinda soured on him a little. That said, I've gotta be more understanding of how his role has changed, and how he's essentially a jump shooter on this team. But that shouldn't stop him from playing his game and aggressively looking for his own shot. He's been super tentative with the ball.
DWadeno3 is on point here. Everyone needs to step up. Jimmy Butler shot 8 more FT's than Wade and Bosh combined. That's an embarrassment and must never happen again.
