PG: Don't even mention the refs

Post#1 » by truthiness » Wed May 29, 2013 3:24 am

All the bad calls aside (and there were plenty, especially the traveling call on Wade), the Heat didn't deserve to win this game.

The offense was horrendous:
- too much ISO.
- too much Lebron dribbling the ball 8m away from the basket while everybody stands around looking at him.
- too little movement.
- too many missed open 3's.
- too little Lebron posting up.

There was no urgency. Wade played at half speed (though I suspect his knee was bothering him). Battier has missed again open 3's (but made the one after the bad call).

After being down just 1 after a crap 1st half, I thought the Heat could take this one and close it out in Miami.
Mentally weak, that's what Miami has been tonight.

I'm honestly not even as mad as I should be. We played badly, but still had a chance to win, but the reffing was a joke throughout. Moving on.

What happened to our play in Game 3? smh

Refs were horrible but so were we for most of the game, can't complain.

You can't make up for those stupid plays with talent in the postseason.

I knew when we were up, the Pacers would come back and they would come back with rebounding and Hibbert in the paint. That's exactly what happened.

Also everytime we got the lead, they decide to take jumpshots.

Have to close this out in 6.

Man Bosh in foul trouble is just not helping this team at all. Somehow have to incorporate him in the offense.

We will be fine, I wanted 1/2 in Indy but it would have been sweet to get this one. On to the next.

Also it seems the basketball IQ of this team has dipped

The refs were bad but we still had a chance to win. THE JUMPSHOTS and offensive rebounding I blame more. Also we didn't go to the post with LeBron as much at all. MARIO was the only one afraid not to go in the paint...

I'm not even mad, NBA got what it wanted, at least a 6 game series.

I want to see serious LeBron for the rest of this series though. No more laughing and joking around.

Not even mad. Just like last year after game 4 against Boston. I just accept the fact that the nba is a business.

Ready to move on. We played like ass but were still in a chance to win it if not for the refs. Gonna smoke a bowl now, who's with me?!

Certain players need to step up their games or take a seat on the bench. Refs did not help, but there were too many flaws in the Heat's play today on both ends of the floor.

I haven't been able to watch games for the past month, and this is the trash I return to? :nonono:

We didnt deserve to win but we didn't deserve to lose out on the chance from people that don't even wear jerseys. I've never seen LeBron/Wade/Bosh get this type of treatment. It only means one thing...The league wanted this and as a fan, the only thing I can do is take a step back from the league that wants moer from fans.

We wouldn't be complaining about the refs if Wade+Bron got in the damn post tonight. IDK what it was-- Indy's defense, fear of Hibbert, or what. They need to get down there for easy offense.

We played stupid, true. Refs were clearly biased though.

Don't even mention FT attempts... the types of fouls called on us compared to what's not called for the Pacers is a ****ing joke.

TO HELL WITH THE TITLE TO THIS THREAD! THE REFS DID SCREW US!

3 ABSOLUTELY BRUTALLY BAD FOUL CALLS ON LEBRON. EVER TIME THE HEAT HAD AND KIND OF RHYTHM THEY WOULD GET ELIMINATED BY A STRING OF AWFUL CALLS.

TO HELL WITH THE TITLE TO THIS THREAD AND THE REFS.

You know with coach Phil he would have taken a fine after game one and the refs wouldnt be an issue. Here we have Spo with his head stuck in the sand. Words can not express how disgusted i am with Spo for not having the Brains to rip the refs and take the fine. We can rip Spo for his rotations later but right now there is no excuse for not ripping the refs.

We made too many boneheaded plays..stop blaming everyone else expect the players..at the end of every game we lost. Wade or Lebron made a bad play.

Return to Miami Heat
