Few questions on the Heat chant when the crowd starts to get into it, usually during a run.

1. Does anyone have a longer version of it, on youtube or one that closely resembles it?

2. When did this chant begin?

3. I'm sure i've heard this chant in other arenas or stadiums (even in other sports), who else uses this chant?

I've heard it for the last several rounds of the Playoffs but for the life of me, I just cant recall it earlier in the Season or during past seasons. Just when I thought I knew most of our Heat traditions like "Dos Minutos" or "Annnnnd Now!" ect, I'm drawing a blank on the origin of this one and can't find it.

Here's examples of one that comes close but it's actually and old school song and the FSU chant that does not even come close but it's their chant i've heard when UM has played them for decades.

So when did we start using it during Heat games? I've heard it in this years Playoffs but was curious when we started it?

Its the music on the Heats intro video. Last year was N*** in paris, Year Before that was Phil Collins in the air.

This is the first year Ive heard that Chant in the arena. But its been going on all year.

Last years Finals The crowd chanted Kanye's "Power" song in the closing moments of Game 5. That was awesome.

I like this chant cause you know the crowd is happy and celebrating and i'm sure it brings up the spirit of our players. I specially like it when we start to run away from the other team to ensure a win.

what other teams fanbase chants a song like that? Our fanbase gets so much unwarranted hate its hilarious.

we currently have the best chant lol think the DJ plays the song and thats when they start chanting it tho lol

I heard the Ravens use it last year during their Super Bowl run. But I haven't heard any other NBA teams use it AFAIK. Love when our fans get really into it.

I see it as a back-handed respect and try to let insults slide off like water on a duck's back. I don't always succeed.

Indiana did it in this playoffs against us, I'm not sure whether it was to mock us or they were just stealing it, but they did it.

I remember someone else using the chant in an NBA game, I just don't remember who. Our fanbase does it the loudest though. People actually hate us for it, which I find funny. The hate against the Heat fanbase in general is funny.

I like it because our crowd is usually bland and they are actually involved. People don't like it though, saying HEY THIS ISN'T SOCCER!!

I liked that one the best, tbh. Shout out to Joel and Bibby in the starting lineup there.

ACTUALLY, thats the song played during the Player intros. But the song played on the Official video for that year was Phil collins In the air.
