No way. Should he be? Absolutely but the problem is not enough people make a big deal about it.

I like to try to imagine what would happen if that play as well as Ginobilis elbow to LeBron were reversed. Imo guaranteed LeBron would get fined for flopping and the elbow would be a flagrant because it would be all over sports media and the internet.

Parker has literally flopped at least 5 times this series and not only do they avoid fining him, but they reward him with the call. To heat haters (which is pretty much everyone) only the Heat flop.

Spurs have been flopping all series. That was one of the few times they got the call. But they have been flopping a ton of times where they dont get the call. Added all up they deserve more than a few fines.

The amount of offensives fouls that LB as been target in this post season says something...

Doesn't matter if hes fined or not, and it won't ever matter until the NBA ups the fines up considerably from 5k or starts suspending players.

The 5k doesn't matter but the refs won't give him the benefit of the whistle the same day he is fined. Parker had 3 plays in the 4th qtr he flopped and got the call. When he lost the ball and was falling out of bounds and flailed wildly when Ray bodied him, when Ray drove past him and his left arm lightly caressed his chest and he whipped his head around like he had been punched (like Kawhi was doing) and that LBJ call. That is 6 fourth qtr points and can't hàppen.

Who cares if he flopped. We do it too and usually don't get fined.
