Imbecile. The best thing is that The heat just beat his two favorite teams back to back. Must be driving him nuts.

Man **** this guy, he is trying to down play that the Heat really won this series. Nobody will piggyback on that, the Heat won this FAIR AND SQUARE. The refs didn't even take over at all in both of these series in the end LBJ had CLUTCH moments (game 6 there is arguments about that, but in regulation NO WAY, RAY SAVED US).

Yeah the Spurs blew their chances, but it wasn't meant to be then if they lost it in this fashion.

Also his favorite player MANU **** up SO BAD for the Spurs, that turn over did it.

Skip, who is the biggest Lebron critic and who is fan of Manu and the Spurs. This cant get any worse for him right now.

After all the crap he said about Lebron, "he cant close" "hes not clutch" "lebron is a below average jump shooter" Lebron proved him wrong tonight.

and also the fact that his fav player Manu, was the big reason why Heat won it all this year.

Its gonna be funny as hell to see his face tommorow.

The worst thing anyone can do is give Skip Bayless any attention, even if it's negative. He literally has made a career of it. I literally turn off the TV when I see him on.

as someone said somewhere , i dont think he is true lebron hater.just wants to get attention..

moreover, the public is responsible.they like to hear **** talking like this..then people who know the game and analyze realistically.

Don't you guys realize this thread is just evidence that what he's doing works?

Who is Skip Bayless? He's not some accomplished journalist. He's not an expert. He's not in any way associated with the league. And yet one of the 8-10 threads started on the Heat forums in the aftermath of a Heat title revolves around him. He attaches himself to the biggest stories in sports by taking an extreme stance and people buy into it as if he actually believes it.

LeBron James and Tim Tebow are literally the two biggest stories in sports, and you can't discuss either without mentioning Skip Bayless. He's winning.

This. Attention makes him rich. He doesn't give a f*** if you trash him, that's just cash in his eyes because trashing is still attention.

I find him annoying as hell, but you're just wrong about about his journalistic accomplishments. I started reading his stuff when I moved to Texas in 1981 and he was writing for the Dallas Morning News. Many of his columns were flat out brilliant. He attended Vanderbilt University on the Grantland Rice scholarship, he's won a lot of awards as a writer and had major newspapers bidding for his services when he was in his mid-20s. Ironically, his first job after college was at the Miami Herald.

After he was hired by the LA Times he was best known for investigative stories on the Dodgers' clubhouse resentment of "golden boy" Steve Garvey and his celebrity wife Cyndy and on Rams owner Carroll Rosenbloom's behind-the-scenes decisions to start different quarterbacks each week (James Harris, Pat Haden or Ron Jaworski). Bayless also won the Eclipse Award for his coverage of Seattle Slew's Triple Crown.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skip_Clueless

In 1989, Bayless wrote God's Coach, about the rise and fall of Tom Landry's Dallas Cowboys. Following the Cowboys' Super Bowl victory in 1993, Bayless wrote The Boys, and following a third Cowboys Super Bowl win in four seasons, Bayless wrote the third and final book of his Cowboys trilogy, Hell-Bent: The Crazy Truth About the "Win or Else" Dallas Cowboys. Hell-Bent caused a stir over Bayless' speculation, without providing any evidence, that Cowboy's quarterback Troy Aikman was gay.

After covering the Cowboys through the 1996 season, Bayless chose to leave Dallas after 17 years and become the lead sports columnist for the Chicago Tribune. In his first year in Chicago, Bayless won the Lisagor Award for excellence in sports column writing and was voted Illinois sportswriter of the year.

The dude has a serious case of LeBron Derangement Syndrome and has turned into a media whore, but has a solid record as a writer.
