http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=941071 ... id=2459788SAS says 50-50 chances the big 3 is intact for the start of next season.
Like Pat Riley is gonna break up a core that just won back2back titles.
How did this pompous ass get a job on TV ?
Oh, yeah, because the world is full to the brim with idiots who love exactly the kind of loud mouth idiocy he's spewing every time.

Seriously lol... I never thought my stress level would match last seasons title run, but man it did. Two months of madness. Last 4 weeks I been getting no sleep lol. I swear, I feel like we play for the team sometimes, ha!

Wishful thinking on his part.
Hard to break up a team that has been dominating the Nba for 3 years running.

they had those storylines and narratives written after game 5 anticipating a heat loss. after the heat spoiled their stories they just printed them anyway to create more unwarranted controversy

Mickey is going to ride it out till the end of their contracts, whether is an opt out after next season or in 3 years from now. He's retiring very soon, is giving his whole estate to his son. But he wants more championships before everything goes to his son.

I find it hard Mickey getting too bent out of shape about the tax hit we will take. Hopefully, a TV deal can be done this off-season, and can generate a heap more revenue, which will lighten the burden considerably. But, the joy that this team would have provided over the last 3 season would be all worth it wouldn't it? The value of the franchise has exploded since 2010, I read like 280 million increase, and that was from a valuation in January, before even winning the title this year.

If Sacramento can get 525 million for their team, pretty sure the Heat can sell for as much as the Cowboys, which is saying a lot. OT since the Arisons will never leave us anyways.

People don't own sports teams to make money. Read Miami operated at a profit last year. That in itself is a huge win! If that is true, and the trend continues, the luxury tax hit will only eat the profits, and operating at say a $5mil loss each season isn't truly horrendous, especially if winning and competing for titles year after year.

Depends.
Reinsdorf owns the team to make millions. Tens of millions. Sterling did the same thing for years, too.
Good owners are there for winning (and maybe marginal profits - a few million a year).

I think a good rule of thumb to go by, if a team says they broke even, they made a big profit. If a team says they operated at a slight loss, they at least broke even.
I love Micky, but I don't trust NBA owners as a group for a second when it comes to their reported earnings from their teams. If you learned nothing else from the past couple of lockouts, it should be that.

Hard to believe Micky given the ticket prices.

he broke the LBJ to miami and the DOC to Clippers story to name a few...he's entitled to his opinion....stop letting ANYONE who says ANYTHING against our team, get a reaction from you/us.,..,.,enjoy the offseason/draft.
He's paid to keep a narrative going......
