1. James ennis (covers mike miller, has rebounded alright in summer league for a small forward, be good to have a young small forward on the roster)

2. Jarvis varnando ( I think we end up resigning him, he had a non guaranteed second year we could pick up

3. ?????? I'm not too sure I don't think it will be Greg oden, and I hope it's not juwan Howard, I would like a big. I'm very disappointed in dalembart the pig

Why is everyone so high on Sam dalembart ? To overrated you guys make him like he is the answer to our problems. Dalembert uses the Heat as leverage he will never sign with us.

James Ennis is a mod 2nd rounder who played at a small school in a horrible conference. Name one guy with similar background that made an impact off the bench to any NBA team. None! Why does everyone think this guy is the future? HE SUCKS!
If he was a 2nd rounder out of an ACC school, maybe, but not this scrub. Rasual Butler has a bigger chance making a come back than this bozo of contributing to this team.
Good for him, he got drafted, but now it's time to learn French, Italian, Greek or something because he will end up in Europe...

There is a trade/transactions thread. We don't need a new thread for every topic.

No $ left for impactful name players.

Dunnigan, Ennis & Varnado will make the team although ID like to see Eric Griffin make it.

Dunnigan will end up with a partial or non guaranteed contract they already have him playing off the bench just like a regular season role & has played in both Summer Leagues almost every game.

I'm a big Dunigan fan pre-Heat summer league career, but I just don't see him making the cut, although I DO hope so, but I just doubt it. I'll be very very surprised if he makes it, even in a non-guaranteed deal but at the same time would be proud of him. :)

Ennis is probably gonna make it? Not sure if I could say I'm that impressed with Varnado......like what I said in the other thread, I prefer to get 2 between Odom/Oden/Camby/MoWill/Nate plus Ennis but wouldn't be opposed to Ennis + 1 from the guys I listed + a vacant roster spot/non-guaranteed deal to someone instead (ala Stack/Jorts) in case someone gets bought out in the future

From what I've seen from Ennis he tends to get going in the 2nd half of games so I see him as a 2nd half player.

Dunnigan is learning the system & will have a head start on other big man hopefuls.

Clark can only shoot, there are millions of other players like him. Turns the ball over to much, not a great passer, too undersized to play the 2. There is absolutely no point in signing him and letting him sit on the bench when we already have Rio, Cole, Wade, and Lebron who can all run point. We need more "versatile" players to fill in for our aging players (Ray & Battier), or any possible bigs that can contribute (or have some upside).

Its all a mystery at this point who the Heat are gonna sign, but it shall be interesting.

2 centers and a wing, Ennis can be the wing, Varnado can NOT be one of the centers!

Is he not big enough or you think he is like a Anthony 2.0?
