Should be an easy wins against the Lolcats...just play aggressive from the start and then rest the startes in the fourth

LETS GO HEAT

If LeBron doesn't play then we should see the '08-'10 team with Bosh out there. Interesting to see how Beasley steps up with more minutes.

Yes, home grown James Jones is probably going to start tonight for LeBron. :D

Agreed with all the comments above. I hope they end up giving Bron the night off. Let Chris Bosh get some more touches, Beasley get more minutes, and have Dwyane Wade serving the maestro. This would offer the team an interesting/alternative dichotomy that may pay huge dividends later in the season. #HateTheHEAT

I would be shocked if Spo started Beasley. If anything, he will likely start either Jones/Battier/Lewis/Haslem if LeBron sits this one out. I think he should, though. Nothing wrong with a little rest against a cellar-dwelling team. Our bench could easily beat them.

I really don't like LeBron playing injured, stuff like this can be a lingering issue if he doesn't rest. It's not the playoffs, we're just facing the bobcats.

@EthanJSkolnick
LeBron said after the game that in addition to jamming his fingers & tweaking his ankle, he had a minor setback with his back.

Re-aggravating his back would be a great reason to sit out this game, but I doubt he will.

Let's be honest here guys, LBJ is gonna play.

Let's just hope for a swift kill, but knowing the heat, we'll probably coast the first 3 quarters, Kemba Walker or Big Al will go off and it'll be decided by 6 or 9 points.

I trust the medical staff to be smart enough about this. If there was a risk of long-term damage, they'd probably advise him and the coaching staff to make the right decision now. This team is good, deep and experienced enough to win games without LeBron (contrary to popular belief), especially with Wade returning to form and Bosh being able to step up whenever needed.

Finger, ankle and back for LBJ?!!? But of course he will play, because that's the type of player he is. This would be a good game to sit out but that's not like him. Oh well. Luckily he isn't logging in a lot of minutes.
