Chalmers needs to GTFO

I've literally had it up to here with his ****. I can't believe Spo left him in the game. This dude just does not learn from his mistakes. If this dude wants to get paid let him walk, im perfectly comfortable with Cole being our PG of the future. In one single game this dude has burned up all of the goodwill over his 5 years with the Heat for me. I'm talking about that almost flagrant on Teague. That was one of the single dumbest and selfish and egotistical plays Ive ever seen in basketball. And this dude has the nerve to complain to the refs afterwards? I was seeing red.

He was so bad, and still got crucial minutes.

No matter what happened today. I will still take Chalmers over Cole. Kid is a gamer he always shows up big when we need him.

Reminds of Antoine Walker when he was on the Heat. Made 1 great play every two or 3 bad plays. Still mattered when it counted and Rio is the same.

Sometimes Chalmers and Ray Allen seem reluctant to give Wade the ball even when he's open. Does anyone notice this? It drives me nuts when Wade is in transition and Chalmers either takes it himself or lobs to LeBron. Same with Ray Allen jealous a.... He never wants Wade seeing the ball and tries to handle the ball with Wade on the court, f'ing up in the process. Birdman and Norris Cole seem to get along with Wade well on the court. I like them.
Also when Bosh gets a pass from Wade, he almost never shoots, but when he gets a pass from LeBron, he shoots right away. Anyone sees this?

Chalmers is clutch shot maker, not a clutch playmaker, ball handler nor defender.

Wade would have played for Mario if he was in the game though. It would have been Cole, LBJ, Birdman, Ray, Beas. I notice Spo leaves in Cole when he does a good job defensively on another PG or just playing better overall. Spo trusts him.
Mario has always been a bonehead. This is why LBJ and the others yell at him all the damn time.
He is just not a good ball handler though. You'd think by now he'd be better but he isn't. He has been better at drives and laying it in, I'll give him that. But he hasn't improved much over the years.
But even though he's a bonehead, he is our bonehead. He continues to come through when need be. BUT, he thinks he is a star on this team and his ego is **** huge, that's the only thing I don't like about him. I have seen him not give the ball to LeBron in some situations, that's another thing I don't like.

too much overreaction. ok rio is not a perfect guard, has lots of deficiencies but you treat the guy like garbage and that is not acceptable from my point of view.

I likehim. Always shows up big in the playoffs. His drive game is underrated. Good 5th scorer.

In Mario's defense, I can't judge his PG skills by what WE ask him to do. He doesn't play a traditional role with this team. Unfortunately, I'd have to see how he ran a traditional team before I rate his PG skills.
My main issue with him FOR THIS TEAM is that when he does make THOSE BIG mistakes, he seldom takes responsibility for it, he complains as if he did nothing. He tries to do too much when the end result is not impactful.
I wish he was allowed to be more impactful rather than dribble the ball up the court and hand it to LBJ, he's getting better. Last night was not a good night for him. When the staff ask him and others to "get into their man" he literally does it.
p.s. very few players on this team plays a traditional role, they all have to play to our system. IMO - Cole is a better all around PG, Mario is our starter.

he's playing for a new contract; Miami won't match his highest offer, so he is prime trade bait, imo
