We're going to be getting these types of rumors until this summer If you ask me what's LeBron going to do, I say he opts out with Wade and Bosh and all three pull a Spurs Big 3 type deals to add role players. I wonder who's the "source"...

I'll play along. Say things fall apart an LeBron opts to team up with his bff in LA. Blake Griffin + picks wouldnt be a bad consolation prize

Windhorst is the master of panic when it comes to Lebron on the heat. Not sure if he was like this during the cavs years but his default story is always negative about the heat. If you went by his accounts of the heat over the last few seasons you would never think the heat could win a title in '12 or '13.

How about Chris Paul comes to the heat? Or kyrie Irving? All the heat high paid players have to do is take deeper pay cuts. Windhorst doesn't think of those scenarios.

ESPN did because they thought he was Lebron's Howard Cosell . What they didn't realize is that this guy is nothing but a creep that has been stalking Lebron since middle school and Lebron doesn't even like him.

Anyways, I agree with what was previously posted, what ever happens in the offseason, we'll get a nice package in return via S&T if they leave.. so we won't be in trouble for too long IF it happens. I don't think any of the three leaves but Bosh is most likely.

The Cavaliers are sucking ass, so Windhorst had to conjure up another free agency narrative lol.

Jordan + Blake + Bosh = best power rotation in the NBA. Perfect fit, defense, rebounding, spacing, creating.
Wade is still Wade, and with Redick and Bullock we could keep him fresh all year long.
Ariza is a perfect fit, great defender that will hit a lot of 3's on a high %.
Best team in east, Better then Indy.

I am the type of guy that would watch any channel with sports. For the most part I like ESPN. But then you wonder why ESPN has the reputation they have by some of their viewers and Brian Windhorst is a prime example of it. This guy, literally has shown you the blueprint and lack of qualifications required to be a journalist for a big time network - stalk the best child athlete you know and hope he becomes a star, and then proclaim him an "NBA EXPERT" when making picks. That is some bar set by ESPN. What would Brian's career be like if Lebron turned out to be a bust..

There are beat writers in Miami like Salguero and Omar Kelly who are both complete **** at their jobs but still far more qualified to report sports than Brian.

I dont think lac does this deal if blake griffin keeps putting up these big numbers and they make noise in the playoffs I E Tough out in wcsf 6 or 7 CLOSE GAMES or make a WCF. They are basically pairing two 30 year albeit superstars with role players and itd be a huge risk. Also those throw ins mean nothing to lac.

Okay let me get this straight, lebron to the clippers is what this guy is saying could happen?
The clippers have a bunch of players under contract
Paul is making around 20 mil
Blake around 20 mil
Deandre around 10
Jj reddick around 7
Jamal crawford and also jared dudley, idk if how much or if theyre under contract next year.

So basically this needs a sign and trade to work. Which means blake or paul are coming back.
So ask yourself this, do you honestly believe lebron would leave Bosh (who is a perfect fit to stretch the defense and open the paint for lebron, and wade who has health issues but when healthy can cut to the rim like no other, play great defense, handle the ball, make plays? You think he would leave that for a team without either blake/paul and deandre jordan, jamal crawford, jj reddick?

People are forgetting if we sign the big 3 to decent deals we can add role players that can keep this team winning for the next couple of years. Miami is a proven franchise that has won 3 championships in the last 8 years. We all know pat riley always finds a way to make the team better. Im not worried about the clippers taking lebron at all.

I'm sure every single team is doing their due diligence to acquire LeBron in some way, they're professional sports franchises and it's their job. But having this "news" come out today and the sources being espn just reeks of a ratings ploy for tonight's game.
