It feels so good:

1. To be chased every year
2. To be the hunted
3. To be relevant
4. To dominate the sports pages
5. To have a special section on ESPN
6. To be envious of
7. To be one on of the destinations to the ending of this sentence "when this or that player gets bought out, he's go to"
8. To be bball trendsetters with unique in-season videos
9. To have Battioke
10. To have the center on the team with the current best record in the east say "nah, we're going to stop that"

all of that talk makes for a better series and you all know it. Last thing the world wants to see in this years ecf if both teams complementing each other and giving hugs.

To think that those down years pre-Shaq and post-Shaq would have us end up with the best player of the new millennium winning rings. Only 1/30 teams can win a ring every year and we've won 3 in less than 10 years!

ECF is going to be epic. Pacers have improved alot from last year. I think alot depends if Bynum can give them some good minutes. Will be interesting.

I'm glad we're aware of their apparent cockiness regarding us, but let's not get too swollen up as though we made easy work of them in the last two years. They were our toughest opponent after San Antonio and Boston, and those two will no longer be threats to us (due to age/trades/movement). Indiana is better, so let us not fall into the same trap we are supposedly watching them fall into. Hubris can happen to anyone.

I don't know why some of you guys are so riled up. As a fan I'd be upset if my starting center who is a dpoty caliber player and match-up problem, wasn't confident going against the champs.
