Since the whomping we watched in Washington

Chris Bosh has been playing very well under the radar

His Last 16 Games

MP FG FGA FG% 3P 3PA 3P% FT FTA FT% ORB DRB TRB AST STL BLK PTS GmScore
34.8 7.6 13.9 .547 1.4 3.5 .393 3.6 4.3 .838 1.3 5.8 7.1 1.4 0.8 0.9 20.2 15.6

If this isn't just a hot stretch with his threes, this could be very valuable to our spacing and taking other's bigs out of plays or shooting open 3's

Bosh has stepped up big time. Hope he does the same in the playoffs against elite defensive teams

It looks like Bosh is slowly easing his way as the second option to score. Wade is still very efficient but is also making plays for other players (he is playing team ball and isnt looking to score every time)

I think they're both too unselfish at times. Bosh at least is finally taking the shots he receives.

5 years ago I would not have believed he was capable of becoming the 3 point shooter he is now. Granted, there's still ~30 games left, but if he can maintain at least 35% for the season, that is a tremendous improvement. He came into this season being career 29% 3PT. If he continues to work at it, and pushes himself to reach the 40% barrier like Love and Dirk has, then wow.

This guy had a very good sophomore season with the Raps, and developed a pretty reliable mid range shot. Then he completely changed his mechanics after year 2 and was still just as effective. There's no doubt that he puts the work in and I won't even be surprised if he keeps getting better shooting the long ball.

Wade and him are both sharing the 2nd option load, and they're both doing great.

Bosh has been amazing. But we need him to show up in the post season big times. Past 3 years he had a tendency to go invisible.

Bosh tends to get into foul trouble when it comes to the pacers, when he is suppose to be the one to get hibbert in foul trouble

What I noticed is that there are a lot of drives to bosh these days, and he takes those shots or pump fakes and goes to the hole, it works every time

He took maybe to many 3s but hey a good portion of them went in and this will be a good weapon, but that's what it should just stay as, a weapon. Don't want to get too reliant in bosh 3s when he can take higher percentage shots. Better to be timely than good when it comes to the playoffs these days

Just goes to show if we use him more, he'll likely deliver. I feel he's too unselfish sometimes, wouldn't mind running some more plays for him or see him demanding the ball, especially when he's out there with the second unit and such.

I'm glad the decided to feature him this season. It keeps the mileage on wade down and somewhat lebron even tho LBJ still gets used a lot by SPO

Call me cynical or overwhelmingly optimistic but I honestly believe Chris Bosh is going to be a bigger part of this 3peat run than Dwyane Wade come playoff time. I think he's going to remind the league why he was so highly regarded entering free agency in 2010. He's been ripping it as of late and I fully believe this isa foreshadowing of what to expect from him come playoff time.

I've said it since 2010. Bosh is going to gradually become the second option on this team. People who wanted us to trade him are crazy. The guy is one of, if not the best, power forwards in the league. His game is so complete on both ends of the floor. Really glad people are starting to take notice, but it'll be forgotten the next time he ends a game with 1 or 2 rebounds. LOL.

Agree wholeheartedly with the Bosh praise. He is really answering the call as Wade has to pick and choose his spots. Great GREAT compliment to Lebron also.

I also think that the ineffective past series vs Indy might not repeat themselves when it comes to CB because I have a feeling that CB is going to play more of his minutes alongside Bird and GO in that series than ever. I think less guarding Roy Hibbert will help him in that series tremendously.

And for the first 3 games of that series, Bosh was actually doing well on offense. ~17 points on .514 shooting

I think he just let his poor rebounding and defense affect every other part of his game

Bosh is one of the players who can let poor performances get to his head. When he's playing confidently, he's really dynamic on both sides of the ball and plays like an awesome, versatile big man.

Every season, every couple months a thread like this is made.

Then bosh has another streak of bad games

Rinse n repeat

Bosh should make an All NBA team.
