Lebron is EC Player of the Month for February

http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miam ... 5375.storyDespite not winning the league's weekly award a single time during the month, Miami Heat forward LeBron James on Wednesday was named NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month for February.
James, who has not been recognized as Player of the Week since the first week of December, previously won the Eastern Conference monthly award in December. Indiana Pacers forward Paul George took the November designation and New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony took the January honor, making James the lone repeat recipient in the East this season.

Ah well by that logic you should just parade a long after every game thread, remind us how much the win "doesn't matter" and to "get the ring". Look, the Regular season and Post season are two entirely different entities obviously, some of you should really learn to separate the two, and enjoy it.

trust me i enjoy everything. I'm just annoyed over the past few days for various reasons with this team, from people discrediting his 61 to the whole MVP race thing. The guy hadn't won a player of the week in forever, thats B.S
so yawn they give him Player of the Month, in the grand scheme it really means nothing, though obviously its nice for him to have. Just annoyed. He's judged by 1 thing and 1 thing only. So now piling up all these accolades that they discredit anyway, takes the joy away from it.

maybe he should remain the masked man - but I agree that while it is nice and all that to win player of the month, the ring is what makes the team memorable - 3 rings in a row - hasn't happened in how many years?

Kobe and Shaq Lakers did it 00-02 obviously. Four finals hasn't been done since 84-87 Celtics I believe.
Four straight finals and three straight championships would definitely be a strong dynasty.
