This is for all those, even on here, who said Wade didn't have a great work ethic. I don't think anybody on this team and barely anybody in this league has to work this hard to just be on the court and be pain-free.

Im glad Grover got on Wade for not dunking enough

He had some sick dunks earlier in the season and it seems like he tapered off.

I agree with Grover. Y'know how many eurosteps he has done during these last few games Wade was playing? I've seen more than the last two previous seasons combined.

"My biggest thing was I didn't like when he kept saying, 'I'm 32. I'm old," Grover said. "If you think and tell yourself that you're old, then you're fighting a battle that I don't need you to be fighting. The mind tells the body what to do; the body doesn't tell the mind. But when things don't feel good, you do feel old. But now when things start to work again, and the body is starting to feel good, now the mind starts to come along."
My favorite quote. I remember Wade always referred back to his age or keep saying that he isn't Flash anymore and it always used to irk me. Wade needs to be realistic but also positive that he can whatever he can put his mind to, no matter what the age. Kobe/Jordan still dominated the league in their early-mid 30s, Wade can do the same.

Great article, thanks for sharing. I clicked expecting a story about Wade sticking his leg in a carton...I assume you meant something else, but I can't figure out what it is

Wow! Great read. Thanks OP! Now I'm excited to see MV3 in the playoffs and wreak havoc to the opposing team.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Remember wade averaged like 25 5 and 5 during the streak to end the season last year. He looked better in that span than he had since 2010-2011 and then the bone bruise happened and was pretty bad for most of the bucks and bulls series and then god awful vs the pacers first few games.

He wasn't working with Tim Grover AT ALL last season. If you watch him now, like many have said on this thread, he's been euro stepping more than the past two seasons. The explosiveness is also there too. Watching Wade now, you can see there is a pep in his step each time he plays. I can't wait to see the beast unleashed in the postseason. D. Wade has made it his mission to be healthy come playoff time & I have a lot of faith that he will remain healthy from here on out, When Wade puts his mind to something, 9 times out of 10 he gets the job done

If Wade can stay relatively healthy this whole preseason, not only would they be title favorites, but Wade will challenge LeBron for FMVP.
