*EDIT to a more proper thread title
--heat4life
There’s a new James in town. I've been following him since we drafted him last year. He has done very well in the Australian league capturing the MVP and Title. Played even better in the D-league showing people was wasn't just someone who could attack the rim but can also shoot. I think he's coming into the right situation and will give Miami the youth and athleticism it needs. With that being said he's my pick for the rookie of the year.

He was MVP of his team not of the league bro
NBL Australia :
Most Valuable Player (Andrew Gaze Trophy): Rotnei Clarke, Wollongong Hawks
He wont be rookie of the year but he can be in the TOP10

Apparently he was 2nd in voting to be MVP of the whole league, not sure
Anyway this is not happening. He would need to start and that's definitely not happening
I wish for him to really develop this year because he would be a key guy off the bench in up coming years, or even start if Deng no longer wants to be with us in a few years
I know this organization hates grooming guys, but we need to start doing that while being competitive

He might have had a chance against last year's mediocre rookie crop, but there should be plenty of rookies playing quite prominent roles this year.

Lol, here we go overrating our prospects. I'd love Ennis to be the next Paul George but gotta be realistic and be patient on his development.
He won't be rookie of year, that will go to either Jabari or Exum.

I don't think he will (ride Deng that is), and I don't think Deng can take that after what Chicago did to him.
Hell play around 15 mpg imo

It's an exciting time for sure. All we can do is sit and watch and see what we've got. The waiting part sucks though lol

If Ennis plays enough to win rookie of the year, that means that something very bad happened to one or more of our veterans (Wade/Deng/Bosh), so lets hope he doesn't win it.

Ennis has a lot of upside but we can't start hyping this guy up just because he played amazing in the summer league and Austrilia but that's if he gets a chance to play

If he doesn;t get a chance to make the rotation Spo is on crack. He deserves the shot after what he's done so far.

There seriously needs to be a rule about thread-creation for new members. What is this madness?

On many forums you can't make a thread until you make 100 posts. Not that OP's thread is that bad but I think that would work here as well.
Nvm I reread his original post he said rookie of the year lol

James Ennis stats for 2014-15 season:
81 G | 12/5/2/1.2/.3 | 15.2 PER | 7.3 OWS | 2.5 DWS
James Ennis will have more WS and higher PER than guys like Parker and Exum, but lesser raw numbers, and you know ROY (for the most part is all about raw numbers.
