Hey guys,

Im heading to Miami on the 25th and will be there for New Years. Trying to find a list of some stuff to do while I'm there.

My mom just moved to Key West so I might spend New Years there but I have some buddies from college that live in Miami so I am more likely to be there for NYE at least.

My main goal of this post is to see if there is a website like Do512.com (for Austin, TX), or DoNYC.com (for NYC), that give a run down of events going on throughout the city daily. If you guys can point me in the right direction to that, that would be fantastic.

If there isn't, what should I absolutely do when I'm in Miami/Key West? Where should I be for New Years?

I'm a big outdoors guy and I love to play sports, I prefer going to see live music over a DJ, a bar/pub over a club, but I am pretty open to everything that would be a good time.

Phish is playing at American Airlines Arena 4 nights: 12/31 through 1/3.

Nikki Beach on Sunday is always good. I would also check out the street art district, Wynwood. There are a lot of things to do and see down that way. I was in Key West last NYE. My friend has a 96' yacht that we had a pretty epic party on. Duvall Street gets pretty crazy but is always a pretty good time. In Miami SoBe is always pretty live during that night. I'm going to be at the Mondrian for their NYE party this year. Maybe I'll see you there. Good luck, bud. Welcome to Miami.

my recommendation is to go to south beach. there's stuff to do there 24 7
