Jesus, Mother Mary and Joseph.

Great move, Working on that Cole/Haslem upside. But not that mad as long as the plan is to get their rhythm and confidence up then bring them right back to play with us.

Whiteside literally just came from the d league. He put up "crazy" stats against the smaller centers .

Nothing says miami heat like sending a big man to the d league before facing our rivals with a massive front court

LOL
Spo really does make it easy to hate on him.
If it was up to me, I would rather go 2-3 with Napier and Whiteside getting big minutes then going 3-2 with Cole and Haslem. Seeding in the East is BS anyway.
The funny thing is - Im really not sure we'll have worse results if we gave Whiteside and Napier all of Cole's and Haslem's minutes. Im really not sure it would hurt the team even right now, ignoring the obvious future benefits.

If Cole was productive then this would be OK. But he's not. Cole has never put up a 5-6 game stretch like Bazz did, only reason Shabazz's numbers dropped is cause spo refused to demote NoCo when Wade came back. Norris Cole doesn't win us games and he provides no upside whatsoever. I'm very close to going Bourne85 in this bitch and start calling for people's jobs

Ugh we're gonna see so much Cole Wario. Shabazz and Rio was actually watchable...

we are our biggest obstacle. Its like they dont want the position controversy/competition and would rather remove options. The stubbornness of this coaching staff (Head coach + Riley)is incredible.
Unless they are trying to get Napier to have chemistry and playing time with Whiteside.
Napier- has been pedestrian. He is on the court alot but not really making a difference. Hopefully he uses this time to work on his shot and scoring ability.
Whiteside - cant learn anything in the Dleague he now needs to go up against NBA centers and learn what he has to fix from those experiences.
Im fine with Cole and am not as down on him as most. He is trying to learn to play without bailout Alpha options like Lebron like the rest of this team is.

Norris Cole is absolute ****. Literally has only 2 or 3 good games on the year. He's 26. No talent or upside.

I think if anything Shabazz's demotion to the D-League is a strategic move by the Heat,to give Norris Cole even more playing time.
I think the Heat are showcasing Cole for a trade soon,so with the December 15th date coming up teams will most likely be paying more attention,so with that being said Cole needs all the minutes he's going to get,to feature him for a trade.

I think this may be a good thing because it may just mean that they are going to give the minutes they were giving to Napier to Ennis, who i think deserves them. Also this is showing that they must have liked what they saw in Hamilton in these past 2 games. So i think this is just saying we can't try to develop 4 young players and play at a high level. So since Ennis and Hamilton are further along lets focus on those two while we stabilize this team.

What the ****? Now we see more **** Cole, I hope this is temporary
Then we move Whiteside before going after a team where you need bigs? These decisions lately from the Heat just freakin baffle me

Whiteside can learn plenty about our system since they run the same one. More than he would sitting on the bench in a suit when Bird returns shortly. They may also want him to get in better game condition.
I think they are trying to move Cole and want Napier to get more minutes to work on some things. I expect him to have a short stay. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Ennis get more minutes from this as Rio is pretty much going to play PG.
