YOUR MIAMI HEAT:

AGAINST THE GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS:

Two wins in a row, what more can you ask of a good luck charm?

Coulda, shoulda, woulda don't count:
With Dwyane Wade out yet again, the Heat are facing one of the toughest games of the year without their leading scorer and distributor. On the second night of a back-to-back after a tough win against the struggling Lakers, this could be the perfect excuse to just mail the game in. But the Heat have done something they haven't accomplished in a while, which is win two games in a row. This may sound ridiculous, but consistency has not been in the book for Miami so far.
Undermanned and seemingly overpowered, this is the time to step up and play your hardest. Hassan Whiteside has seized his opportunity and is now a regular in our rotation. The injury to Dwyane Wade could offer such an opportunity to two other talented players a lot of Heat fans root for: Shabazz Napier and James Ennis. Matched up against arguably the best guard-duo in the league, they could prove their worth and justify more minutes as the year goes on. With the Heat seeking productivity from the PG spot, Napier in particular could take this opportunity to end the cruel reign of Mario Chalmers and Norris Cole, who have just not been able to pick up on their past success with the Heat.
If there ever was a time to shock the world, it is now. A win here, without Wade, and the Heat could earn a lot of the respect they have just given away over the past month. Even a great performance in a closely contested game could be enough to convince Heat nation that this team can play well on a consistent basis. With that being said, let's do this s***!
