I'd take Lopez in exchange for Bird, throwing in Cole and Granger or Rio if needed.

Lopez IS much better than Bird. Cole and Granger gone opens up time for Napier and Ennis and infers other arrivals.

Perhaps Beas will return to the Heat from China with Blatche
