McBob and Cole for Lance?

Granger and Cole for Henderson?

Doubt they do it, but I'd like it. Neal for Cole straight up doesn't work, but I'd do that too, value-wise.

Henderson is making 6 Mil, numbers won't match with Cole alone. Even if we add Ham it won't match.

Neal is having a brutal year, he's almost as bad as Cole just older.

I'd take two second round draft picks tbh. No more cole-chalmers backcourt would be worth it

Neal sucks this year but I think that's more of a function of Charlotte asking him to do way too much. I think his numbers would improve a good amount if he just spotted up for us, as opposed to creating his own (low-percentage) shots, like he's doing with Charlotte.

Yeah hopefully we can rip them off. Lance is a great pick up can play both guard sports, and he is a legitimate back up for Wade. Not to mention he adds that edge to him,I would love to see him in another playoff series if we meet the Cavs.
