On Monday evening the MIami Heat had the task of playing the team that is currently first in trying to tank the Philedelphia 76ers. Unfortunately for them the Knicks are unintentionally in the lead. Alas the Heat came in looking for the W trying to keep up a playoff spot. What happened to those to freaking lazy to go back to the other game thread??? WE both won!!! Philidelphia lost and is one step closer to drafting LeBron James 2.0 and the Heat are closer to upsetting LeBron James 1.0 in the ECF! For the Heat though the battle continues, this time stepping into the world of Frozen - Orlando. So what are we going to do???? BURN THEIR **** SNOW MAN DOWN. no i don't want to build a snowman!!!!


Keys to Success:
-- I am currently eating Spaghetti and if I don't finish it my parents will probably take away my TV time on the grounds of wasting food so lets hope I finish.
- ZOHRAN NEEDS THE BALL
- Whiteside needs to borrow my invincibility cloak so the refs don't foul him

I would love to believe it but Vucevic is a very skilled center and he could put Whiteside in foul trouble very easily

I'm based in Orlando. I've been attending some of the Magic games, to watch the NBA is always fun. I'll be there tomorrow. I think the Heat will have a tough game. Division Rival, Florida Teams, About same Year Franchise... About the Magic team, they fired their coach and I saw the last game against 76rs and I thought they are really playing better. Their Young PG Payton is playing much better, less mistakes, drives well, but could be a better shooter. Payton is a NBA player. Fryer is a good PF with great shooting ability. This is a position where Chris Bosh would help us defending him. I don't like Vucevic's game. He played very well against the Heat and it will be a good test for Whiteside. He has a nice shot, so Whiteside will have to move around. Victor Oladipo is a D.Wade wanna be. I like the kid. Would be nice to see him playing for the Heat in the future. He plays better in the 3rd and 4th Q.

Orlando fan here- but newly found Heat fan due to Dragic (yes bandwagoner) I'll be going to this game


I'm so split on this game. On one hand.... I want, and have wanted the Magic to to make the playoffs but we went through a terrible stretch before JV got fired and at the time almost seemed to kill our chances- without that stretch we wouldn't have nearly as bad a record. But then you check the standings, and with Brooklyn sliding.... we still technically have a SHOT to sneak into the 8th spot.

Then on another hand.... A lot of Magic fans think it's hopeless at this point and we might as well lose to get a better pick cause we aren't making the playoffs- with that said, I'm rooting for the Heat now and I want you guys and Dragic to be successful and make a deep playoff run (this is the team I'm going to follow and root for the most besides the Magic for the rest of the year) and if I root for the Heat in this scenario.... Heat get a game to continue moving up and solidify playoff position, and Magic keep sliding to get a better draft pick.


But I just can't do that..... Magic have to win. We can make the playoffs, plenty of basketball left, can't give up hope. I am hoping Magic sneak in with the 8th seed to get some playoff experience and Heat obviously continue to rise. Wishful thinking? Probably. But after tomorrows game I will be rooting for the Heat to win every other game (unless they play the Magic again)

sometimes in the middle of the night... i.e. 1 am, we refer to that current day as tomorrow.... well at least I do. and then if it's actually tmr, some others will be confused because they'll think it's the next day when it's actually that day.
