Don't participate if you don't think he should be fired. I think people just need to vent anger without derailing other threads and conversations on this boards.

I'm sick of the excuses, I'm sick of this coach. People say injuries injuries blah blah, but any combination of Wade, Deng, Whiteside, and Bosh should have been enough to atleast be a .500 team in the first half of the season, and any combination of Deng, Wade, Whiteside, Dragic should be good in the 2nd half of the season.

We run at the slowest pace in the league which does not make sense at all, how do you expect to win games shooting the ball as little times as we do, constantly waiting until the shot clock is down before we heave a contested jump shot, we walk the ball over the half way line, we show no urgency in our sets (what sets).

This guy obviously has is favourites, constantly limiting Whiteside's minutes in anticipation of foul trouble IN ANTICIPATION of foul trouble..... He loves Mario Chalmers who has to be one of the worst guards in the league, he continues to play small ball and run guys who clearly aren't able to defend power forward and we'll get abused for stretches of 5-10 minutes with a guy like Granger defending David Lee. Anyone on this board could explain to you why that wouldn't work. He leaves guys like Tyler Johnson to rot on the bench despite showing that they can offer much more than someone like Napier, Chalmers, Walker, Ennis, and Granger which is beyond a joke.

His defensive scheme is completely outdated, running around like a headless chicken while giving up the lane, and a high rate of open 3's makes no sense at all, it leaves all the players in no mans land unable to defend anything.

Pros -
He's been in the organisation for a long time

Cons -
The players don't respect him (playing hard one in every 4 games)
His offense is anemic and makes no sense at all
His defense gives open shots both at the basket and for three
His rotations are beyond stupid
His love for small ball can not be backed up by any stats

I am kinda feeling this, but Riley said he has done a great job this season so it wont happen unless we go like 20 for 62 next season and even then it might not happen. He has wayyyy too much support in the organization.
