Are you comparing and contrasting the mitochondrial genomes? Should be interesting. Maybe run a program to find patterns.

Using a program actually, using sequenced genome information from 43 species to do it. The goal is to see if a certain family of animals falls into being butterflies. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to use 43 freaking species. I like medical science more, this is for an evolution class so I am bored outta my mind yo

I find this incredibly fascinating. In one of my stories advanced civilizations store data using nucleic acids in DNA strands. (4 nucleic acids can be arranged into nibbles are tremendously tiny and can be replicated with natural processes.)

here's a disturbing stat for Miami, for all the betting heads:

Heat are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games following a SU win of more than 10 points.

Trail Blazers are 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Miami.

The books currently have us as 3pt dogs at home. Last time we played them they won by 16 pts on their turf. They've lost Mathews, who dropped 18 on us last time but have Afflalo. THey are 3-2 since losing Mathews and have only lost 2 games of their last 10 - mostly against tough, playoff teams - they faced only 3 mediocre teams in that stretch.


There's no reason why we can't beat them if we have another one of those games like the one vs the Cavs (twice), against Dallas early in the season, Vs Clippers & vs the Bulls. We're a different team from last time we met - we still had Granger, Cole & Ham and Hassan had a pedestrian game also. In that first meeting we won the 1st half but we obviously had our traditional turd quarter and 2nd half collective bed pooping session - wich is even worse vs a team such as Portland who are great 2nd half teams. We've since fixed, for the most part our 3rd q issues and have been much better 2nd half altogether.

We have a chance here, even if we keep it close it's a positive moving forward. All depends on who they send to ref also. It'll be interesting who the betting public will be on for this game after Miami handedly defeated Lebrons Cavs.

We are 5-1 in our last 6 home games!! Let's get it done.
