I trust in Couse. But I am not convinced Whiteside has the basketball IQ of Russell

He can make up for that physically though. Bill Russell was only 6'9". Hassan is 7'0" with a 7'7" wingspan.

Although I love Hassan, if there's a player that is similar to Bill Russell in the league it's Nerlens Noel. Hassan is a fantastic rim protector but he doesn't have Russell's versatility. Noel reminds me of Russell in a big way but obviously he has a very long way to go to reach that caliber if he ever does.

he just need to learn how to avoid making silly fouls and control his temper and he surely will do great things on this heat team
