With the Heat realistically out of title contention, who would you prefer to win it all ?

I initially said "who'd you like", but changed it to "who would you prefer" for those who are in a "pick your poison" kind of scenario.
For me it's:
1. Warriors or Hawks - it would mean new champions in the modern era (Hawks won in 58, Warriors in 75), it would reward teamwork and fun to watch basketball.
2. Cavs - as crazy as it sounds, I wouldn't mind Lebron winning it all. Not at all. First of all, it would piss of the Kobe fans. Lebron would be 1 ring closer to their idol, so they might be less likely to throw those 5 rings as an argument. Especially if Lebron gets a 3rd Finals MVP, which Kobe doesn't have.
Second, maybe if they win a title, Love leaves for LA or whatever (since he's obviously not that well integrated in Cleveland), and maybe Lebron comes back to Miami. He did his duty to Cleveland, he could come back and play with his buddy, Wade (and Dragic, Bosh and Whiteside).
Imagine what a hissy fit the fans of the other 29 teams would throw if this happens. Just the thought of that makes me smile.

I want to see a Hawks - Spurs finals matchup. I don't care who wins it all, I just want 7 games of amazing, efficient, team-oriented basketball.

Memphis, I don't know why but It would be interesting to see them win. Every other team has something that makes me not want them to win.

Anyone but the Cavs. Unfortunately obstacles seem few.

Aside of the whole LeBron saga, there's nothing I like about the Cavs organization. I didn't like them when LeBron was there, it only got worse when LeBron joined us and nothing has changed since then. From ownership, to fans to the players they currently have, I don't see any reason to root for them and it doesn't have anything to do with LeBron himself.
The Hawks would be my pick from the East, the Blazers or Grizzlies from the West.

Co-signed
As a fan of an Eastern conf. team I don't want anyone from the East.
And I eliminate the Spurs, the Mavs, and the Thunder for the historical reasons.
Then ditch the Warriors and the Rockets for **** You reasons.
Then lose the Clippers and Blazers for meh reasons.
Memphiswins.

Anyone from the West
not even just about LeBron or anything, I don't like our rivals in the East.
Plus yes it will be our first time not making the Finals last 4 years and to not see us there when we all know under different circumstances (not just by one player, by health too) we could have been there for the 5th straight time.

I would like to see the Warriors win. Great Fan base arguably one of the best. both of their superstars are fun to watch, They also look humble to me. I would like to see Steph and Klay win.

Don't get me wrong, Dan Gilbert would deserve to be hit by a meteorite just before the Cavs won it.
And their jersey burning fans do not deserve a title and if they get it, I hope it literally rains on their parade. In fact, make it hale instead of rain.
But I'd love to see Kobe fans foam at the mouth, and if Lebron leaves the Cavs again and the franchise value drops by 200mil or so again, I'd love to see Dan Gilbert foam at the mouth again and write another letter in Comic Sans.

Easy there, mate.
If you think the Heat have a realistic chance to win the title, you probably sat too much in the sun. Next time wear a hat.

Honestly yeah I don't like to root for any other
But if I were really forced into a decision.....hmmm tough but I think I'd have no other choice but Memphis. Don't like the rest as well. MEM is grind ball and gave us Hassan, so they my pick

I'll go with Rockets (even though they have no chance of winning), Spurs, Hawks, Warriors. In that order.
