Spot on with the Weaknesses for WInslow. Still his weakness tho. Strenghts are good too except. Winslow's big time finishing skills didn't trasnlate yet,

Winslow needs to finish better at the rim and make his free throws. Otherwise I'm happy with him. Also his DRTG has crept higher. That cannot happen on our team.

As for JRich, he's better than I thought he would be. He has stopped fouling players beyond the arc twice a game and stepping out of bounds all the time.

Pretty equal players given their inconsistencies, I still think Winslow has the higher ceiling without a doubt
