I hope everyone is enjoying their Thanksgiving.

I am here to announce the retirement of two longtime Moderators on this forum.

Flash3 and Unowen85 have decided that it is finally time to hang them up as their non-cyber lives have become more time consuming.

Both have provided great leadership over the years and while you do not see them as much these days, this forum would not be what it is today without them.

I would like to thank both Flash3 and Unowen85 for their great service to this forum and encourage to join me in doing so.

Thank you for everything Flash3 and Unowen85.

Both of you have been users here for over a decade, that in and of itself is an achievement. Enjoy the retirement Flash3, Unowen85.

What I liked the most about their MODing style was - they never seemed to do any MODing.

Hoping it stays that way.

Heat board = Wild West of RealGM. You better be prepared for anything and handle it yourself.

I was wondering where Flash3 went. He has been MIA for quite some time. In any case, thank you Flash3 and Unowen85 for holding it down for the Heat family.

Congrats to qjz, defensewins, and dayofmourning for their promotion to mod status.

Thank you for recognizing the sarcasm, some people would think I was serious when I would want Spo to sub in Haslem to leave some guy paralyzed from the forehead down during game threads and report me. Or maybe that was their form of sarcasm too.

Anyways, thank you to Howard Mass, the rest of the mod team (retired/still active duty), and the posters of the Heat board. I can't say it was always a pleasure to mod the boards, we got so many trolls when we won our first championship in 2006 (even had to suspend another team's moderator), but the good times most definitely outweigh the bad.

unowen was probably the funniest poster ever on realGM

Flash3 was a gent.
