They sold Dragic on the whole sacrafice deal and it's made him a shell of the player he could truly be. I remember him being like a violent engine when he played for the Suns. Now I feel like I am watching the lefty version of Norris Cole at times.

I would prefer they just fire Spo and keep him. I understand what you are saying about ego. Wade took a step back for Lebron but will not do the same for Dragic. Lebron was so uncomfortable at first until Wade said this is your team. I still love Wade but at 33 he needs to take a few steps back and allow Dragic and TJ to come into there own and take over the back court. The problem is Spo is attached at the hip with Wade. Spo's philosphy has reverted back pre Lebron years to give Wade the ball and everyone get the hell out of the way offense.
