I got the Heat! Actually when picking through the answers, I thought I was gonna get the Lakers since some of the answers I was selecting were exactly what I read in their blurb.

I believe you meant no "State" tax. We all have to pay Federal Income tax.

Yes. I found it funny (and sad for Houston) that their best pitch to free-agents was no state income tax.
No wonder they attract selfish, money-hungry players.

If you sign with the Spurs or the Heat, you also do not pay state income tax.
However, the Spurs and the Heat seek players who will sacrifice money and minutes for the ultimate goal.
