Player grades

I've written what I think about everyone who played more than 20 games for the heat this year, graded them and tried not to be too harsh. I'd love to hear what everyone else thinks 
Dwayne Wade
RS B+ ( reasons for grade: too pasive on defense at times, too much hero ball pre-all star, otherwise a true team leader )
PO A ( Games 2,7 of the TOR series are the only reason this isn't a A+ )
TOT A-
Hassan Whiteside
RS A- ( great all season long tho had some mental lapses and free throw issues pre-allstar )
PO B ( had issues defending Jefferson and Jonas 1:1 )
TOT B+
Luol Deng
RS B ( was miscast as SF for half of the season but showed up post allstar )
PO B- ( had an A+ before the TOR series, it went all downhill from there )
TOT B
Goran Dragic
RS B ( after a slow start he raised his averages every month, our offense flowed much much better with him on the floor )
PO B+ ( had some issues in the first round with foul trouble & some defensive lapses but showed up when it mattered the most, was our second best player in the TOR series )
TOT B+
Justice Winslow
RS B ( great defender, rebounder, his lack of shooting hurt )
PO C+ ( great defender, rebounder, his lack of shooting hurt even more save for 6 game of TOR series )
TOT B-
Josh Richardson
RS B+ ( get's an INC for the first half, but his play in the second after TJ went down was stellar )
PO B- ( he felt the pressure of PO in many games and made quite a few mistakes in a few games - somewhat excusable because he's a rookie but not enough to look away )

Tyler Johnson
RS B+ ( was great in the first half, missed most of the second )
PO C+ ( when played was good on offense, but got abused too many times down low on D )

Joe Johnson
RS A- ( he was a good floor spacer, went in iso mode when we needed tried hard on defense even when failing )
PO C- ( was mostly bad on D, shoot 3/23 from three in TOR series )
TOT C+
Josh McRoberts
RS C ( had a few good games but there were to few and far apart )
PO C- ( Was actually pretty decent on offense in games where he got more than 10 min, but bad on D most of the time )

Amare Studemire
RS B+ ( after sitting most of the first half he was great in his limited role and filled nicely as a starter for Hassan )
PO D- ( Didn't bring anything to the table, was abused on D most of the time )

Gerald Green
RS C- ( he was always full of energy but that is not enough after a hot star he cooled off to the point he was almost unplayable, tried on defense but it didn't work all the time )
PO D- ( he was always full of energy but that is not enough, he was almost unplayable, tried on defense but it didn't work all the time )

Udonis Haslem
RS C+ ( gave evrything he had, was more of a coach most of the season tho )
PO C ( gave evrything he had, was more of a coach most of the playoffs tho )

Beno Udrih
RS B+ ( was a solid backup, played hard and with confidence had a great connection with Bosh, gave up some money for us to sign JJ )
PO INC ( was cheering on twitter and at games A+

Chris Bosh
RS B ( was our best player in the first half with our play style suiting him ( at the expense of other players like Dragic, Deng ? ) get's an INC for post all star )
PO INC ( moral support on one hand, distraction with #bringbackbosh if I'd grade him I'd give him a D -> #keepthingsbehindcloseddoors )
