I appreciate him as an assistant and i wish him all the best as head coach. I always liked the chemistry he had with coach Spo.

From the Heat perspective, it's a loss for sure but also a good news as we need some change in the staff, i wonder who Spo is going to hire.

My guess would be Dan Craig. Riley is loyal to his soldiers. Craig paid his dues and won the D League Chip.
