JJ is the man
Love Fultz, but I have irrational feeling that he is the bust in this draft

I've got that feel too, feels irrational because he's displayed elite scoring ability but something tells me he ends up good but just rotational player good in the league. Idk, no evidence to prove he would or wouldn't be anyway. Expectations like that are irrational to hold any players to anyway

Sometimes those feelings are just right, you know? I mean, I was wrong about *a lot* of players, but I loved Whiteside coming out of college. Thought I was wrong about him back then too but a couple of years later he's dropping triple doubles with the Heat.

Bishop45 - You seem to be a fan of Ntilikina . I have not been able to see him play at all, so have you seen him play? & is thats why you'r a fan? + what makes him different then say Emmanuel Mudiay?

I find it hard to judge over seas talent cause they don't get to compete against all the other guys coming out of collage.

Another thing is what do you think of Ivan Rabb, & TJ Leaf?

At the range we are currently looking at. I am on the MIles Bridges bandwagon. If we looking at returning, Dragic, Waiters, J. Johnson and Whiteside. Miles Bridge fits dam good at the small forward position. Dragic, Waiters and Johnson are ball handling playmakers and Miles will become the second good catch and finish player along with Whiteside.

Nothing undoubtedly qualitative stat wise, it's a reach by those standards but my personal pick. Statistically, every year, 3-5 solid prospects drafted in the top 10 don't become proficient players on the next level because it's just that hard to quantify those stats (College) to the pro's. No matter what year you're going to get similar results, that's why I put more value on skillset and physical tools and how they translate (Not that the play doesn't matter). I've watched him play and be very underwhelming offensively (You can catch most Strausbourg IG games via YouTube) some nights and be on others. He isn't playing much and is playing out of position at the 2 which is likely hurting his assist numbers and his draft stock but his defense and shooting from outside has been consistent so far. His biggest knock is his explosion, deservedly so, but he's still growing into his frame. He puts on some weight and build his core up and he could turn into a lot more explosive player(Going to be 18 when drafted and possibly still growing at 6'5 with a 7'0 Wingspan). Besides his elite physical profile, his growing 3pt shot 's what sets him apart from Mudiay. If he doesn't bloom into anything else, I could see him having a floor of a great 3&D player with his length, like really you can't teach that length. He'd take a few years to look like somebody but worthy gamble imo.

Think Leaf is really solid, don't really see him being elite at anything but if his shot translates then maybe he's a solid starter but honestly haven't paid much attention to him. Rabb is a center with below average length for a NBA Center(Think of Clint Capela, Think of what Whiteside just recently did to him and then think of a smaller him)I don't see him being a great/exceptional 4 or 5 on the next level but you never know

You guys are being way too optimistic. We're not going to be picking in the top 10 unless in these last 25 games several of our players get injured or we win a top 3 pick. Look at the teams in front and behind us. The Pistons might become even worse if they decide to trade Jackson so that'd give us the 16th pick. There's no Bridges, Ntilikina and Patton up there and Monk, Tatum, etc. is a pipe dream.

You never know who could fall or if we could get another pick, still reason to be optimistic

Kansas versus Baylor was tight in the last few minutes. KU was down, then Josh J said enough. Made a couple baskets to catch the Jayhawks up and then they went on to beat another highly ranked team.

Swanigan doing it again.

If we lost James J this offseason, Swanigan would be a good guy to replace those minutes. Lots of production.

Frankie Vision has made it a real fun draft season. He is on top of it this year and has been getting better by the month.

Swanigan just gets great post positioning and just gets what he wants, wonder if he'll play the 4 for the most part in the league

I'm afraid that just like Williams he'll most likely be out of our draft range. It's a good thing and a bad thing he's performing so well.

To me he seems like a solid stretch front court guy who can either start or come off the bench. He's good enough at both to be used as a post player or a stretch big man.

Just a super solid, multi-skilled player who raises the teams production level.

I see Miami if they make the playoffs, landing a top 15 pick. Who do you guys see that has potential at #15?
