Spo should give McGruder a look in the starting lineup if he is set on having TJ come off bench as backup PG. Atleast let's see what we got in him until Ellington and Rich get back. Feel like Waiters off the bench with TJ is a better pairing.

Waiters is such a ballstopper, and he doesn't cut. I want Miami to develop Winslow as a point forward with the second unit. I see Waiters interfering with that if he's included in that second unit.
