The Skyforce season starts on November 12th. Here are the top prospects on the Skyforce this year:

Briante Weber:

Watch on YouTube

He will be given the reigns this year to take the PG duties full time and shoot, shoot, shoot. He seems the most likely to get called up if a roster spot opens up.

Keith Benson:

Watch on YouTube

After another preseason where he put up ridiculous per 36 stats ( last year it was something like 16 and 15 and this year 20 and 10), it's back to the Sioux Falls. Perhaps he is being groomed to be a backup Center next year when Willie leaves for more money.

Stefan Jankovic:

Watch on YouTube

Jank the Tank is essentially the Heat's 2nd round pick this year. He told teams he was willing to be a draft and stash player for a season in the D-league.

Luis Montero:

Watch on YouTube

Reminds me of a skinnier James Ennis with better ballhandling. Interesting prospect, who might become better than Dion Waiters, which right now wouldn't be too difficult. :(

Okaro White:

Watch on YouTube

Good rebounder, hard worker, needs to develop a good 3 pt shot.

Was going to make one, but as always not worthy

I'd rather have Weber, Montero and white on the Heat roster than Dragic, Babbit and Ellington. Hope we don't lose Weber by sending him to Sioux Falls.

Where has Greg Whittington gone this year? Is he playing abroad?

Does anyone remember Big Joshua Smith? He took over Center duties for our 2015 Summer league team after Willie Reed left for Brooklyn. He had a soft touch and showed flashes of nice passing, but was soooooooo heavy. What will he play like now that he looks like this:

Here's the full camp roster for the Skyforce:

Expect several of these guys to get cut. Trawick is back, he's a dark horse for a Rodney McGruder type of ascension.

Yes, Whittington is in Australia, playing with Steve Blake. I guess the Heat let him know in advance that they were more interested in Mcgruder because he went looking elsewhere after last season, as did Deandre Liggins who is in Cleveland, averaging (per 36) 12 pts, 9 reb, 9 ast, 3 tov. Jarnell Stokes is with the Nuggets, riding the bench right now.

Daaaaamnn... He looks like he weighs no more than 240-250, Spo would be proud. I'll keep a lookout for him

A look at other teams' rosters:

Spurs:
Read on Twitter

Wow, Darius Rice from the Hurricanes. Jarell Eddie was a sniper the last time he was in the D-League. Patricio Garino looked good to me in summer league. Livio Jean Charles is a former draft and stash first round pick that got injured and is working his way back.

Nets:

Mockevicius and Yogi are the interesting players there.

Cleveland's affiliate:

Eric Moreland looked better on the court when he was skinnier. Quinn Cook had a really good preseason game against Houston, scoring 20.

Knicks:

Damien Inglis is 6'8" with a 7'3" wingspan and he's only 21. Raw prospect. Cleanthony Early hasn't lived up to the hype.

Skyforce are going to be fun to watch this year. This team is looking stacked and very balanced. We have interest in a guy on the roster at every position. Luis Montero should be feasting early. Jank can proove he belongs. Weber will have to show he can do more than get steals and our center prospect has a lot to learn, get stronger and faster.

also lookout for Marcus Posley small and built like a tank , kid can fill it but will the speed be an issue. He might turn some heads.

Pacers affiliate:

Ben Bentil is a nice prospect. Trey Mckinney-Jones from the Hurricanes. Alex Poythress looked decent in SL.

Hornets affiliate:

Interesting names are Perry Ellis, Sulaimon, Tobey.

Lakers affiliate:

Vander Blue is back; when will he get his chance? Julian Jacobs was a name that I saw hyped before the draft.

Pistons affiliate:

Shannon Brown lives! Mamadou should be fun to watch. what happened to Jordan Crawford?

Mavs affiliate:
Read on Twitter

Deng Deng  Manny Harris, Andre Dawkins, Satnam Singh, Jameel Warney. Dallas getting a head start on their Demarcus Cousins recruitment by signing his brother.

Rockets affiliate has some very interesting players:
Chris Walker. Hoping to see a jump this year. Last season he looked like he could be a Birdman type energy big with violent shot blocks.
Joshua Smith. let's see how he plays with the weight loss.
Gary Payton 2. Can he be a baby Westbrook?
Emmanuel Malou couldn't get NCAA eligibility. Was supposed to be a good prospect going into college.
PJ Hairston. I expected better offense from him in the NBA.

Ok I'm not putting all the rosters because there aren't enough interesting names with players like Raphiael Putney and Coty Clarke going overseas.
Edit: I'll look through the rest of the rosters later to see if I see anybody I missed. I know Philly had some good prospects like Cat Barber, James Webb 3, Shawn Long, Brannen Greene.

WHat are those Asian girls doing, Bishop?

Anyway, this is a good time for the season to start for Briante with Dragic spraining his ankle. If Briante balls out and the Heat look lost without a point guard, it will bode well for his chances.

Also, with Derrick Williams not playing, it's clear Spoelstra wants a stretch 4 so badly that he's willing to take one that's not doing anything and only shooting an average percentage. So this bodes well for Jankovic because he can do more than Babbitt:

Let's see if he's ready to go by next season, hopefully it won't take 4 or 5 years like it did for justin Hamilton.

Lmao, I think she's putting glue in her boyfriends toothpaste and her other friends are hyped lol

From all I've seen, I do think it will take Jank a few seasons... Nice mention of Hamilton, he's been a decent rotational player for Net's as they've been decent

Just a heads up:

D league games won't be on Youtube anymore :nonono:

Now they will be on Facebook live:

I clicked one game from yesterday and it didn't load. I clicked another and the quality was awful. This sucks. :banghead:

I'm having trouble watching this Skyforce victory, I'll try one more time before giving up. But going by the box score, here's how the game went:

Keith Benson learned some chit from Whiteside with monster numbers:
22 pts (9 of 13), 12 reb, 5 block, 2 stl (+22)

Briante with the triple double as already reported by above poster:
14 pts (4 of 14 :-?, 1 of 2 3s though), 10 reb, 10 ast, 4 stl, 5 tov (+9)

Luis Montero showing what he does on a hot night off the bench:
16 pts (7 of 9, 2 of 4 triples), 4 reb, 3 blk, 1 stl (+18)
He's a really good shotblocker for a shooting guard.

Okaro White with the double double 16 pts and 10 boards. (-4)

Jankovic with the WOAT shooting performance (1 of 11 :( ), but his other numbers are encouraging:
3 pts, 9 rebs, 6 ast with only 1 tov, and 2 blk in just 21 minutes. (+7)

For the Bubu fans he has 16 pts (6 of 12, 1 for 1 from 3), 9 ast, 7 reb

Only 2 highlights have been posted so far:
