TJ to BRK for 27. Draft Semi
Add Gordon Hayward, Keith Benson (or UDFA C or MLE on Weed) and either Shelvin Mack or Trey Burke. UDFA guard like Davin Reed.
Dragic/Mack
McGruder/Ellington/Reed
George/ Semi/ Okaro
Hayward/ Babbitt/ McBob
Hassan/ MLE Used on Weed or UDFA/ Haslem
Still 1 other roster spot1 to fill with another shooter

That'd be a good summer right there.

What I have heard:
We have made an offer for PG. However, so far - it was not every young chip. There is hesitation by some members of the FO in parting with TJ, Winslow and the 14th pick for a player who is very openly stating he is a one year rental barring absolutely unforeseen circumstances. I think they will err on the side of caution because Pat, even as confident in his ability to sway players as he is.... is well aware of the back channeling that has taken place regarding Magic Johnson and Paul George.
I think ultimately LAL will find a way to acquire PG because he is so adamant to end up there after next season regardless.
Speaking of back channeling......
HEAT are quietly, cautiously, yet pretty damn confident on Gordon Hayward pursuit. Confident enough that some of the urge to trade for PG circles around the thought that it would clinch Hayward to Miami. Even as a rental there is feeling it would clinch Hayward coming to Miami on a 3 +1 deal.
Sounds like James Johnson already has two numbers floated his way (1 offer with Hayward, 1 offer without) and its pretty likely he is retained. Although I personally am a little nervous he gets a monster offer like Deng did on July 1.
Also,
HEAT love Donovan Mitchell in the draft. They see him as a player who can replace Dion Waiters if they spend elsewhere or get outbid. He also enables them to move Tyler Johnson at some point because his contract (after it spikes in 18-19) likely cannot coexist on the same roster with Goran's $$. Remember, Riley didn't want to match on TJ, was ready to let him walk - and Arison stepped in and mandated they match because they didn't want to lose the asset.
That's all I got.
