Waiters, T. Johnson or Winslow?

In level of value to the Heat how would you think the Heat rank Waiters, Tyler Johnson and Winslow? My guess is Waiters, Winslow then TJ.
Would you be ok with the Heat trading TJ or Winslow (or both) in order to make room to keep Waiters?

I would keep TJ and Winslow. Winslow has great potential and is on a rookie scale deal. He just turned 21 years old. TJ embodies Heat spirit. Any team would love to have him.
The odd man out if we sign Hayward is probably Waiters, but not because of our guards. It's because (a) we can only sign James Johnson or Dion Waiters and (b) Waiters will command a lot of $$$ from other teams. I can see Washington (if they lose Otto Porter), the Nets (who haven't committed much salary yet), and the Kings making offers for Waiters. The Pacers too. It will be a FA sweepstakes and Miami isn't well-positioned to play that game.

I think TJ and Winslow are more important than Waiters to the team. They were in their future plans before Waiters signed here. Winslow was drafted and TJ was developed in Miami's D-League team. Waiters was just supposed to fill the SG spot after Wade left. They probably didn't expect him to be good as he's been in several games. And it's only been 1 season and he could easily go back to being a bad, inconsistent player. I think they would love to resign him, but if they had to choose between JJ and Waiters, I think Dion is the odd man out. I'm not as negative on Waiters as I sound here. I'm just giving another perspective to look at.
And no. Winslow is still young and TJ is a huge part of the bench. I'd rather keep them over Waiters.

I don't want Winslow to be traded. I'm not super high on him but I want us to have some sort of youth movement.

In order
Winslow
Waiters
TJ
Winslow injury really set him back, but I can see him being a 14 and 8 kind of guy this year. Stud defender and great locker room guy too

Game wise when Waiters is making his shots, I prefer Waiters. He has the ability to score on well defended plays. But if his cost is high, then you try to make it work with TJ or Winslow. If TJ is starting 18 mill is not bad. But off the bench thats what I have a problem with. Waiters has more strength to defend bigger players compare to Waiters. Winslow is still a project 2 years past and he still has a long way to go.

Without getting "all goose-bumply and fuzzy-haired" about wishful potential, I offer no opinions just facts.
(best in bold black.....worst in bold red)
Dion Waiters (27-19) record with him & 14-22 record without
Defense 40.4FG% vs Dion (44.7FG%regular avg) -4.3
PER 14.6
Tyler Johnson 35-38 with 6-3 without
Defense 43.3FG% vs TJ (43.8FG%regular avg) -0.5
PER 15.9
Justise Winslow 4-14 record with 37-27 without
Defense 49.2FG% vs Justise (45.6FG%regular avg) +3.6
PER 8.2

A lot of folks on this board are sleeping on winslow. i think he has all star potential, his shooting is the ultimate blemish when you ignore everything else he is already good at. Strength/physicality wise hes already up there with the best wing players in the league at 21 years old. He is a committed and willing defender. Seems like he has a good head on his shoulders, puts effort and no negative reports of his behavior or complaining. He is pretty good as a shot creator for others the few times we saw him running the offense gave me harden vibes no lie. He needs to just work on that jumper which was undoubtedly affected by his injured wrist this year.
TJ to me can be a perennial 6th man of the year hes shown a lot of promise but Dion as well just put up the best season of his career and looked for the most part like the players the cavs had expected when they initially drafted him.
Its a very tough choice

Not criticizing you for posting the stats, but I will comment on the stats themself: 1) That's a small sample size, 2) Winslow was hurt, 3) many other players on the team were hurt, 4) and the Heat still had no chemistry that early in the season after completely dismantling the team from the year before.
Also, the year before the record was 48-34. Winslow was a critical player in that roster, especially at the end when they came within 1 game of the ECF's.
Don't get me wrong, I was very disappointed in Winslow the second season. However, I think it's there's still a lot of potential for improvement.

Well if Winslow has another meh.. season.... he will be a bust draft pick for Pat... I hope not. It will be a big disappointment and he should get shipped out.

I'm worried that we trade Winslow and he puts it all together, I'm worried that we re-sign Waiters he gets his money and loses his hunger and potentially turns into an inefficient shot jacker, I'm worried about Tyler Johnson's contract after this year.
Personally I'd love to have them all. Winslow has the potential to be a superstar, but also the biggest potential to be a bust. Johnson is the safe bet and will always be consistently good but I don't think he has too much more improvement in him, and Waiters ceiling is a star, but just as likely to crumble back to an below average role player. It all comes down to how much are you willing to gamble on Winslow? I'm willing to gamble.

In terms of pure basketball ability and potential: T.Johnson, Winslow, then Waiters. Due to TJ's contract, I think Winslow is ahead of him.
