Pros
1 He is a legit shooter. Fadeaways, 3s.
2 his ability to catch a pass down low and finish without putting the ball down or even turning himself around is impressive.
3 He knows the game and plays the game like a guard he's a really good passer
4 it's fun to root for bball players who look like hell olynyk

Cons
1. Refs love to call fouls on him
2 although he's a good scorer he sometimes passes up open looks and will frustrates you when he disappears for a few game in a row
3 Probably the worst big man in the league at boxing out..he just pushes people with his hands and they blow the whistle.

I've been watching video after video on Olynyk. This guy was never on my radar, but he has some kind of skill set. This guy could surprise big time. He and Bam are going to be fun additions to this squad.

depends, if his role ends up being our backup center playing 15-20min a night, seems like a lot of money, if he ends up being able to start next to whiteside, then its good.
