I didn't find much on youtube.

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=luka+doncic+full+game

Three full games on the first page.

Like I said, I'll take your word for it. If you've watched him a lot, than that beats any analysis or any opinion of worth you'll get from me.

I can vouch for guys like Mikal Bridges, ones that I've actually kept up with. Even then, I'd vouch for their role on a team, not as a superstar.

It actually does.

When Picking in the top 5 you have to aim for guys with superstar potential, franchise altering players.

Doncic is almost guaranteed to be a good player, but looking at his phisical limtiations - you have to conclude he's not likely at all to be a truly great player - merly a good one.

When picking so high in draft you have to take a risk and aim higher then that, even if you increase the risk of busting.

That's fair and I agree about his ceiling.

But who has higher upside than him? MPJ if healthy, Ayton, Bagz. That's about it.

I like Bamba, but he looks like Capela/Gobert type. Very good player, not franchise cornerstone, barely playable agaist high octane offenses

Triple J is a top level role player.

Young/Sexton? Too risky.

Bridge Bros don't look like they can be better than current Tatum/Brown.

Bamba is going to be the longest player in the NBA + he's mobile + he has a shooting touch. His celling is clearly higher then Doncic's - who's a smart big PG with below average athleticism. He's a good shooter but not an elite one, and his fot speed should make you sweat thinking about him trying to defend NBA guards.

DeAndre Ayton

Marvin Bagley

Jaren Jackson Jr.

Mohamed Bamba

Michael Porter

All have higher upside then Doncic, even if some won't reach their full potential and Doncic is a a safer bet.

Collin Sexton might have too, depending on how he improves his weaknesses.

I like Doncic but the guy had trouble getting past his man against Euroleague defenders. I don't see him becoming a top 8 PG in the NBA, although he could become a good player, meaning an above average PG that might have an allstar year or 2.

I think that if you're picking in the top 5 - meaning your team sucks - you have to go for a home run and gamble on someone who has a chance to be one of the best in his position.

Basically - Doncic biggest strength won't be as important in a few years - he's more expirenced and more mature then anyone else, He's smart, and he has balls.

All those other guys might not be there right now - but they will eventually.

If you remember Ricky Rubio being hyped as a teenager playing against pros in europe - he had some of those same strengths, but at the end he never became a great NBA player because his weakness (scoring) kept holding him back. Doncic weakness is even a bit more worring - because Rubio could have improved his shooting but Doncic will never become a good athlthe or quick.

Some top of the draft shuffling would be interesting. If they want Mikal, I feel like Cleveland's pick is a safe spot to get him.

LMAO, Triple J is a high end talent now. C'mon Rex, you are drunk.

Oh, and Bamba can't shoot. He was bad in high school, he was bad in college, his FT was below 70%. Maybe he'll become average at spot ups one day, but that has lesser value than shot creation

That's like comparing Elfrid Payton and Gary Payton. They both pgs, both americans and both Paytons, but that's about it

Not many 6'6 PG's out there to compare him to, not a bad thing

Once we trade Dragic we can slide Winnie over. How's that for a comparison;)

I aint buying this noise about Doncic. I still think the Suns take him 1st tbh.

If there was ever ANY chance of us nabbing a Top 5 pick, i'd do it to land Luka.

Ceiling would probably be a Manu/Harden type guy, floor would be a Mike Miller/Orlando version of Turkoglu?

Yeah, Hedo doesn't sound sexy, but he was 19-5-5 guy at his prime.

Hedo is a lot more realistic then Mano IMO, young Mano was a great athlthe in NBA standards. Great first step.

Hedo was a good player, but not one I would pick in the top 5 of a pretty good deep draft.

Mike Miller/Hedo does look as similar as you could get, loved the old Hedo/Petruis

Doncic probably comes out as the highest (or one of) IQ player(s) in the draft as a PG with a 6'6 frame. I'm not passing for Ayton or whomever if it's me
