Haven't heard anything ... can't imagine a bone bruise being more serious smh

It is currently day to day, but as somebody who had a major bone bruise (albeit with other fractures), they can take time to heal fully.

Day to day but they should keep him out for good 2 weeks. Hes basically playing at limited play and it shows.

Hassan Whiteside - C - Heat
Hassan Whiteside (knee) said his knee is a serious issue, and the Heat medical staff needs to get to bottom of his ongoing pain.
This is the opposite of what coach Erik Spoelstra said with the coach saying the main reason Whiteside isn't playing today is because of the back-to-back set. It's tough to spin this quote positively and perhaps Whiteside needs to miss more time. If you're in a deep league, it's not a bad idea to add Bam Adebayo because he may have a handful of starts headed his way. Kelly Olynyk will also see more playing time.

Once we do that we will need to trade some of our guards for a defensive center.

Talented bigs, are harder to find then talented wings. We need more scoring from our forwards, but we still need a center that can protect the paint, rebound, & have soft hands who can finish at a high % at the rim.

Best is keep Whiteside, & use the gluten of guards we have to get a legit starting caliber 3/4.

If the rook doesn't step up, its gonna be ugly.

We might not win a game for a few weeks. I'm thinking we struggle for a bit.

Maybe 11-30 to start the season. Then we flip it to finish the season at .500.

In 402 minutes with Whiteside on the court, the Heat have a defensive efficiency rating of 99.3, which would rank as the second-best NBA team defense. In the 707 minutes with Whiteside off the court, the Heat have a defensive efficiency rating of 107.7, which would rank 22nd in the NBA.

From 2nd, to 22nd. Thats a big difference.

I would like to ask you guys a question. In your opinion, who would be the best PF next to Whiteside? I would think Durant but i want other names?
