Go as far as you can in the playoffs this year and then in the offseason try to unload some of these contracts. I'm all about the youth movement. Let some of these dudes grow together and then try to add a superstar in a couple of years.

The Winnie situation reminds me a bit of the Kris Dunn situation last year in Minny. Dude was a total disaster on offense but goos on D. Went from being a top 5 pick to an afterthought in the J-Buckets deal. After the trade, he said he felt slighted by coach Thibs. That slight though seemed to motivate him. Looks like a completely different player now.

The optimist in me thinks your boy Winnie can make a similar leap but like Dunn it may require a change of scenery and some extra motivation.

The word Bust is thrown around so loose without considering the age of players and considering what could happen in the future. Mario was considered a bust for Orlando. Now that they're tanking and he's getting a ton minutes in a contract year, he's no longer a bust.
