Thoughts:
- Our most realistic chance is the 7th seed
- Bucks have a relatively tough schedule, so the 7th seed is very possible
- Our margin for error is a lot thinner now with only 12 games left
Edit: saw this posted on the GB

Need to play Boston in the first round. Raptors guards will be too much to handle over 7 games.

winslow peaking, jrich slumping
with hassan whiteside its always something
kellys on fire, mcgruder is tough
but the turd and fourth quarters are still very rough
so if it is the celtics we really want to face
we gotta step up to secure a playoff space

Kelly's numbers post All-Star (11 games):
12.4ppg, 6.2rpg, 4.0apg, 1.0spg, 1.0bpg, 1.9tpg, 49.0%fg, 36.7% 3fg (1.6m), 82.8%ftm in 24.7mpg.
Safe to say he's found a real groove and comfort level.
In particular, his last 5 have been super tasty:
18.2ppg, 6.2rpg, 5.6apg, 1.4bpg, 1.2spg, 1.6tpg, 54.1%fg, 42.9% 3fg (2.4m), 81.3%ft in 30mpg.
Can he sustain this? Or is it a flash in the pan?

Winslow now in 11 games in March:
11.7ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.8apg, 0.6bpg, 1.2spg, 1.0tpg, 44.6%fg, 41.7% 3fg (1.4m), 45.5%ft (yikes) in 28.9mpg.
Has he started to figure out how good he could be?

Happy to see him attempt 6 threes yesterday, improving. The iso-drive is improving too, would like to see him increase his dribbles per touch and develop a pull-up to create some variance to then maybe get to the line some more... Just can't be as bad of a ft shooter as he's been showing lately

If we fail to make the playoffs what are the lottery protections on the first round draft picks we owe the suns?

The pick is top 7 protected, but there's no reason to speculate this much at all, as there's no way in hell the team is missing the playoffs.

They're not missing the playoffs, even if they collapse

Mathematically still very possible, but given our next 5 games it's very unlikely. I'm expecting to be around 46 wins at the end of the season now.

Hopefully we do not relinquish 7 the rest of the year.
If you had asked me a few weeks ago, I would not of cared 7 or 8. Toronto and Boston were both very good. Both would be tough series where we obviously wouldn't be favored, but could be competitive on a game to game basis.
With Kyrie's injury, that changed. Boston is very questionable right now, and if Kryie isnt himself, they may be susceptible to an upset. I want them.

yeah, you're a little late.
Suns pick is 1-7 protected and about to go 15-17. Goran's trade is looking real smart right now. Hope we don't f up 2021.
I bet the Heat would win 43 games. Remember? I'm sure I got it. We will beat the Knicks. We will freaking beat Atlanta here and there. And we are going to serious rough up these Bulls.
I'm ok with us winning more than 43 too. I'm not hard to please at all.
São Paulo football colors also red, black, and white. Tricolor. 3.
I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^

I’m surprised how no Heat fan projected less than 42 wins and the median projection I think was somewhere between 46-48. Just goes to show how much Heat fans really know the team.
